Chandelao Garh

Everyone in this beautiful place including the 2 lovely dogs make you feel right at home and a part of the family. Every meal here was a journey to a different part of Rajasthan. The hotel apart from being beautiful has many captivating stories ***** with beautiful pictures and pieces of art to complement them. Its conveniently located away from the city noises and besides a waterbody with birds, which is perfect for a morning walk. Also, look out for the beautiful sunsets from the terrace with peacocks all over.

I visited Chandelao Garh after it came highly recommended to me by a number of happy visitors. Words don't do justice to how amazing an experience it was. Steeped in history, and nestled away from the bustle of city life, it is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind. The rooms are spacious; the hosts gracious; the staff helpful, polite and efficient. Everything from the amenities to the food was pure perfection, and just when you think that things cannot get any better, you come across two of the most well behaved and friendly dogs on the property (P.S. Place is friendly). There is also a very well maintained pool on the property that I unfortunately didn't have the benefit of experiencing first hand due to the weather, but a friend who braved the conditions had nothing but superlatives for it. Time really did seem to slow down during my time at Chandelao and I will definitely be back in the future.

An authentic rural experience in India. It was very hot so I would recommend going in the cooler months. All the staff and owners were very welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge of the area. Walking around the village and visiting the Sanderlang next door was a highlight. This gives the guest a greater understanding of rural life and the harsh conditions. The accommodation was all that we could have hoped for the food and service on point.

Excellent hospitality of Thakur Pradhuman Singh and his entire team . Had a wonderful bicycle ride in the countryside. Very scenically located in the village near Jodhpur. Gives you a feel of rural Rajasthan and the rustic ambience and atmosphere are spectacular, Really enjoyed the visit
