Our recent stay at Glades Hotel was far from smooth. To begin with, they sent us a suspicious payment link through Agoda, which they later blamed on a "system hiccup." Despite selecting the "pay at the hotel" option, they insisted on advance payment, only relenting after we contacted Agoda. As if that weren't enough, they charged us for breakfast, even though it was included in our booking confirmation from Agoda. This raised serious concerns about their communication and billing practices. In summary, our stay was riddled with hassles, uncertainties, and what seemed like attempts to extract more money. We strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and explore alternative options for a stress-free stay. While Glades Hotel may have potential, our experience has left us deeply skeptical about their reliability and transparency. Our hope is that this feedback will lead to improvements in their service for the benefit of future guests.
