I had high expectations for The Toy Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, with the front desk staff being indifferent and unhelpful. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and there was no proper guidance regarding the hotel amenities.
The room was poorly maintained—there was a lingering odor, the bedsheets didn’t seem fresh, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was barely working, and despite multiple complaints, the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with requests for basic amenities like towels and toiletries either ignored or delayed.
The biggest letdown was the food. The restaurant served overpriced, bland dishes, and the service was equally disappointing. Even after complaining, there was no effort to improve or acknowledge the issues.
Overall, my stay at The Toy Hotel was frustrating and not worth the price. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and unresponsive staff made for a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be returning.

It was great experience and the stay was wonderful thank you Miss Madhu and the person who is there in early morning and provided me a early check in thank you again Everyone was great. The breakfast was awesome and tasty timing was perfect. Well spend stay

Excellent value for money. The staff is very co operative and helpful. Housekeeping was upto the mark as well. The iin house dining options are great too. Big spacious rooms and a good location. Would stay here again for sure. Recommended!!

It was a birthday celebration of my daughter on the 16th of Feb . It was so well arranged and food was amazing . It was wonderfully managed by Mr Darpan . I would highly recommend the place for all your special occasions. Cheers to Toy Hotel and their outstanding management

We had ladies sangeet party at Toy hotel. Ambience is good, great job done by banquet manager Darpan Singh Bhandari. All our friends and family enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious. Sound system was good, flower decoration and the overall decoration was beautiful.

The staff is cordial. The ambience is great. The food was top notch. Overall a great experience if one goes with family and friends. Would definitely recommend to other colleagues and friends for their respective events. Whats makes Toy Hotel unique is its central location right in the heart of city.

The Food quality and Ambience is really good. Hygiene is very well maintained. Behaviour of staff is very nice. We found it a value for money proposition. A special thanks to Mr. Darpan Singh Bhandari ( Banquet manager) for excellent hospitality.
