i was there with my company. it is very nice to stay in changchun. facilities are not half bad. front is also good to us. tks.

All of the services & staffs at hotels are excellent. They are very supportive and take care about guests. I & my wife had a great time there. The hotel is at a very convenient location with many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staffSara and Lindy provided the professional services during our stay.

Great location, walking distance to the shopping mall. Room is clean. Breakfast is nice and many choice. The staffs are very helpful.

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you 我住在这家酒店是为了庆祝我的结婚周年纪念日，我只能说哇。我在这里度过了多么美妙的一段时光。如果有人要去这家酒店，我建议你到前台找索菲。她知道顾客喜欢什么，可以让你的住宿费物有所值。酒店和房间都很干净，所有的工作人员都很友善，乐于助人。我第一次感觉到在长春住酒店的感觉。令人惊叹的住宿。我喜欢称赞管理层的出色工作，但有一件事我不喜欢，那就是餐厅的员工们非常不成熟，在那里的高级餐厅里互相挠痒痒看起来有点不专业。非常感谢。

Still remember my first trip to Changchun, I stayed in Shangrila. Nothing much has changed, except that whole Shangrila group reduced their breakfast standards slightly (fresh celery juice was the only fresh juice available, rest came out of the bottle made from concentrate and only garnished with some fruit slices). But that remains the only criticism, service was excellent and while the hotel has come “towards a certain age”, all was well maintained with a good sauna with very friendly and helpful staff. The 4 stars from cleanliness came from restaurant impression, the room was flawless. And I should add, that the hotel was very busy, so was the restaurant. I believe during normal business days, that point should also show 5 points. I will come again for sure! Also because of the location with lots of restaurants and bars around!

Amenities is poor standard in the room which is not to shangrila hotel standard compare to what my experience with shangrila hotel in other city . Receptionist working at night is not experience and even not familiar with its own hotel facilities when ask .

I stayed for 1 night with breakfast. The location and facilities were good. All staff were very friendly to guests. If I have a chance to go to Changchun, I’d like to stay again.
