The room is model style, stay at good location convenient to travel around, close to Kaifusi subway station , very cleanliness. The front desk was very friendly. We like breakfast here. Overall, We were very satisfied.

帶着孩子出遊入住這家酒店，初入大廳前台小姐姐們服務熱情，辦理入住真真體驗了酒店的速度，耐心細緻的關注孩子，增加牙刷和小童拖鞋，暖暖的好貼心，並幫我們升級房間，認真的指引電梯位置，從電梯到房間中途遇到客房保潔阿姨，濃濃的湖南話問好，笑容燦爛親切，進入房間更是感覺舒服，衞生很是乾淨整潔，房間無異味，給我升級的房間是酒店的景觀房間，房間的落地窗讓人心情愉快，孩子們都很喜歡！贊贊贊！

位置非常好的酒店，從長沙機場坐高鐵直達門口，去文和友、杜甫江閣、黃興路打車10多元即到了，吃住行都很方便！

The hotel is located right at the walking street, which is very lively in the evening. However, it can be a bit difficult to reach by taxi or Didi in the evening to the night, as cars cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. Guests need to walk a short distance and carry their luggage in. The staff were very friendly— although they do not speak English, communication is easy through a translation app. The hotel also allows guests to store their luggage, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The downside was that there is only one elevator, shared with other floors that are not part of the hotel, so during peak hours it might take some time to wait.

入住漢庭商務大床房，一晚體驗超滿意！房間乾淨整潔，商務風裝修簡約實用，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很踏實。 前台辦理入住高效，服務貼心，還主動告知周邊交通。房間設施齊全，充電口充足，很適合商務出行。地理位置便利，出行辦事超方便，性價比很高。

設施：所有設施都很新，使用起來很方便 衞生：房間很乾凈 環境：地理位置優越，酒店離金星路地鐵站2A口特別近，而且酒店旁邊就是一家便利店，非常方便 服務：前台夠很熱情有禮貌，辦理入住和退房都很快

我是漢庭的老消費者了，漢庭3.51版本也太驚喜了！低飽和配色的房間温柔治癒，圓角傢俱安全感拉滿，床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵，雙層隔音窗+隔音門讓夜晚超安靜，一覺睡到自然醒～ 24小時恆温熱水秒出，馬鞭草洗沐用品清香舒緩，乾濕分離衞浴乾淨無死角，細節滿分！ 很客觀的實事求是的來説，主要是前台的兩個姑娘特別好，一個是跳跳是衹喵，還有另外一個一起的姑娘，認真負責，工作認真負責，謙遜有禮，是我見過的最優秀的前台姑娘了，特別棒！

Very modern hotel, the location was great for me 200 metres from my ftiend's apartment and short car ride to fantastic restaurants & attractions. The reception staff were very helpful with English skills that overcome my almost complete lack of Chinese language. No hesitation to recommend this hotel.. Very good. I loved the room service robot too 🤗

這家應該是同價位的天花板了 第一晚入住是因為考試 考完準備在長沙玩幾天 第二天又去訂了另一家漢庭 衹能説沒有對比沒有傷害 最後我退了另一家還是回到澗塘這家住了一晚 首先洗衣機烘乾機真的超級好評！真的好喜歡漢庭的烘乾機 烘完衣服軟軟的香香的還熱乎乎的 前台小哥哥小姐姐也很好 服務態度很好很熱情 房間風格也很温馨 商務大床房和雙床房都很舒適 房間也很乾凈沒有異味（除了芒果TV的投屏實在是沒整明白） 早餐的咖啡還不錯 小點心也可以 雖然阿姨也很熱情但米粉味道一般 機器人也好評 我點了四次外賣它就給我送了四次 真是辛苦它了
