Check in by reception 2 (2号台) were commendable. Check in were done smoothly and all necessary information were given. Hotel were well located with all shopping, restaurants and attractions within short distance. Highly recommended.

Great hotel great room great location and spacious too however the room I was staying at was close to the main street so it gets quite noisy even with windows shut.

The hotel's strategic location made it incredibly easy to explore Changsha. We could easily walk to many popular attractions and restaurants. The renovation job was impeccable; the hotel's interior was stylish and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

小赵, 小唐 gave us great service at Echo Hotel. The hotel was clean and nice with a very good location. They said it might be noisy but we slept perfectly fine. Great experience overall. The hotel is very boutique. Great furnishing and atmosphere.

Great hotel location at the heart of the pedestrian street. Room was clean and quite chic with a good rooftop view of the city from the 10th floor lobby. Only issue is if you’re carrying heavy luggage as you have to walk about 200m to the hotel to the road to take a taxi which shouldn’t be an issue unless you’re like me, with 2 kids, 2 heavy bags and a stroller in tow. Otherwise it’s a great place especially for couples.

因為當天來的比較晚，前台還貼心的給我做了一個升級。房間比我訂的大很多，我很喜歡。整個酒店的設計風格都是美式的風格，房間，大堂，走廊都非常適合打卡出片。這個房間外面還可以看見IFS跟世貿大樓，早餐廳還可以看見步行街。 設施：設施設備齊全，健身房，洗衣房烘乾機都有。房間的空調還可以自己調温度。淋浴熱水很給力。 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，看着很舒服。 環境：環境優美，給人一種很舒適的感覺 服務：工作人員很熱情的幫我推薦，附近好吃的小吃，飯店，遊玩的地方。3👍👍👍👍👍
