We rated the hotel as: 1. Perfect location, still quiet enough to have a good night sleep. 2. Efficient staff & courteous---tend to all our needs 3. Great amenities---free laundry services, free movies (watched 2 excellent ones), delicious evening sweet treat, free good-bye gift, free luggage drop-offs 4. Free breakfast---wished there's more selections, still acceptable 4. Room is clean---wished there was a larger closet spaces to hang clothes, still acceptable Overall, if you like to be in the center of Changsha's lively & bustling location, this is it!

Good location, Clean, staff very friendly and helpful, excellent. Luggage delivery to airport included its help a lot for us. Can hand free for explore around before to airport. Keep up the good job 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is in a great location in proximity to the main shopping district and a wide variety of food. Facilities were modern and clean, and the room was extremely well-priced, with afternoon tea and an evening welcome dessert included. Would recommend for your stay in Changsha.

The location is very convenient. You walked down the street and you will see all the night markets. It maybe a but hard for some people to find as the taxi cant drive inside the narrow street. My taxi driver dropped us off near the hotel.

Really good service, I love the AI control of the room. We were there for 3 nights and everyday they will provide new towel and water. The location is the best for people who want to go for night snack and city walk. Close to the subway. Everything is convenient. Love it

The location is very good! It's near train station line 1 & 2. Room is clean but it is a smoking hotel.

Location: Superb as 2min walk from metro and right in middle of all the bustle of activities in pedestrian street Service: Wonderful with free high tea and supper dessert and great customer service Check out: Provided airport luggage service which is free and secure. The hotel rooms are nice , the location is very good just in the middle of the walking Street, the staff are also very helpful and nice
