The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is just 2 Metro stops away from popular shopping district Wuyi Square. It is also conveniently located on the same Metro line as the airport station. There is also a convenience store and food street nearby to the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very helpful, offering us more bottled water when requested and the reception staff also sent us recommendations for food and tourist attractions. Hotel room was also clean with all required amenities available. Breakfast buffet was also delicious and had a good spread. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Location is absolutely perfect. Subway station is ~5minutes from hotel, lines 2 and 6. One takes you straight to the airport and the other takes you to Wuyi Square - shopping district, Juzizhou and Mount Yuelu, tourist places you’ll want to go. Rooms are your typical Hamptons, clean, modern and spiffy. The staff are their usual top notch - great food recommendations, efficient, helpful and friendly, and just overall lovely.

This hotel is the perfect choice if you visit Changsha. The location is only 200 meters away from Yingbin Road metro station exit 8. This station is only 2 stops to the shopping street at Wuyi square and you can also take the metro line 6 to go directly to Changsha airport in 40 minutes. Despite being centrally located, there's not much noise. The facilities are also great because there are laundry machines that can be used for free and monitored from your room's TV screen. The room is clean, spacious and modern. Best thing with the room is that it's really non-smoking so you don't smell any smoke. Breakfast has a lot of varieties even though most of the food is Chinese. What we enjoyed most with this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. Since we don't speak Chinese, we communicated through WeChat and the hotel quickly responded any question and that we had. Moreover, they accommodated our special requests since we had a late night flight on the day of check-out. One small thing that could improve is to try remove or reduce the smoke smell in the lobby. It can become uncomfortable if you stay in the lobby for an extended time. Overall we are very happy with this hotel and highly recommend it.

Staffs are so friendly and helpful.Breakfast food has a lot of choices,keep your day having a great start. Only one thing confuses me is room temperature (A/C)can not control, it's always too warm 🙋♂️

Our 2-night stay at Hampton by Hilton Changsha Wuyi Square was very pleasant and full of delightful surprises. First of all, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xc, was very helpful. He even upgraded us to a larger room with a better view, which was a lovely gesture. At check-out, we were delighted to receive a small jar of local Mei tea as a parting gift. The hotel has been recently renovated and is conveniently located, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends.

Excellent experience. Clean, spacious modern room Hotel located 100m from the subway and near main attractions, including the Martyr Park, which is one stop away. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Appreciate the warm welcome from the reception team and in particular, Ms Yang.

Clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is nice with variety of food. Laundry room is very convenient which we can wash our cloths.

The hotel is very new. And comfortable. It is next to 米粉街. The train station is a few minutes on foot and 2 stops to Wuyi Square/ Huangxing street. The famous bubble tea is just steps away.

This hotel is the best of my trip . Mr.Jarvis is the best staff . He help me a lots to check in , translate and even a little service for order food . Your hotel needs a lot of staff same as Mr.Jarvis to add more value of your hotel service . We can say this trip is more enjoyable because of your best staff. The maid in your breakfast restaurant is so friendly and helpful even we can speak a little of Chinese language. The room cleaner is very friendly on the date of check in.
