Niccolo Changsha

We stayed 2 days at Niccolo and it was a great experience. The rooms are specious and clean. And the big windows offer an amazing view over all of Changsha. We were also satisfied about the breakfast. The service was good and the variety of options as well. We can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Changsha.

Best Hotel Experience Ever – Highly Recommended! I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at Niccolon Hotel! A huge thank you to Richard Gao, the best manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable. I reached out to him for help with room decorations, and not only did he assist with the romantic setup, but he also arranged a complimentary room upgrade to a higher floor, with an incredible riverside view on the 90th floor. The room was absolutely stunning, and my partner was over the moon! The breakfast experience was exceptional as well, located on the 93rd floor with breathtaking views. The whole stay made us feel like VIP guests, with the staff’s attention to every detail. I highly recommend Niccolon Hotel to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with their partner, friends, or family. It truly stands out as the best hotel in Changsha, and it’s conveniently close to shopping malls. A big thank you again to Richard Gao and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Also, the beautiful rose gift was such a lovely touch! I can’t wait to visit again – this is truly the best hotel in Changsha!

Great view from hotel

Stayed 1 night (May 3). The big plus is the Hotel location and rooms on 90th floor with nice views. Interior design of the rooms is nice. However, the Service is not at the premium level you would expect. Understandably English might not be a top priority in Changsha, but you would expect a minimum for Check-in communications and Service Staff. There was 1 Lobby Manager who’s very friendly and tried to help. Maintenance of the rooms lacks attention to details, the breakfast area is too small, overcrowded and super noisy for 210CNY/p.p extra. Also, skip the Lobby Bar Music Band or lower volume given the acoustics of the Lobby and the singer trying to hit tones. A plus was the service handling for a forgotten item, was collected and handed over securely, Thanks

AMAZING!!! Check in on the 93rd floor with beautiful decor from the top to the entrance, when you first arrive on level four by car or you can enter through the beautiful IFS mall just to the left of Chagee Tea. At certain times there is someone playing a violin at the check in counters. The service is incredible and the staff are lovely. Richard and Swilly attended to my many inquiries and issues with my booking via an app and they made it easy and comfortable. Room was incredible, the whole place was magic. Sometimes in life you have a memorable stay somewhere and almost wish it was your apartment, this was one of those. I will be back here every time now I know how incredible it is.
