We booked this hotel based on positive reviews but the reality was much different. They were not at the average standard for an international hotel. No one of the staff at the reception desk was able to speak English which is weird if they want international customers. It took us a long time to make us understand to book a taxi that only thanks to online translation (at the end we used our own app). The following morning we left early so we booked a breakfast box for which the desk made a note for the restaurant. That however was not ready at the moment of our departure. Fortunately in the morning the staff run and made it for us since nothing was ready. If you stay at this hotel be prepared to some difficult communication.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during our stay and was unpleasant due to the hot weather. Only upon check-in completion, we were told the air conditional is under maintenence.
