I highly recommend this hotel! This hotel is ideally located near the South Gate subway station, which can be reached in a minute or two. It is convenient to go anywhere with the subway. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, neatly arranged, with a good network, complete disposable supplies, and particularly complete facilities, very nice! The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the work efficiency and quality are particularly high. There is no bad behaviour at all. If there is any problem, just communicate with them in time. Free self-service washing machines and driers are also available on the first floor of the hotel. You can use them by yourself. If you don't understand, just ask the staff. Overall, it's very good. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

The location is superb!!! 5mins walk to the busy walking street. The staff is welcoming. I like the cute decorated room. What I like most about the room is the sound insulation!! Although it is facing the main road, U can hardly hear any sound from the traffic 👍. AC & wifi working well. I hope to see more Chocolate hotel in other parts of China.

I love this hotel the staff is very warm and friendly our room was nice and clean comfortable, and to our surprise they upgraded our room. In the Laundry Area the washing Machine and Dryer works..which is practical for travellers like us. It is Nearby to most of the fun even at midnight this area still lively fun
Highly recommended and the Price is not that expensive, very much worth the stay . We will definitely comeback to this place if we go back to Changsha .

I’m so happy staying 5 nights at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic to walk around attractions like Huangxing rd., wuyi square, Tianxin pavilion, dufu jiangge, Taiping and Pozi street. The staff are absolutely care for the guest feelings and help to dry the clothes. They gave me handmade soups as an apologies for the mistake of drying my clothes. I am allowed to leave my luggage after check-out all day long, plus souvenir to be selected. Recommend.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel! The front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. My room was clean, tidy, with plenty of amenities to enjoy like free plum juice, free bottled water, and free congee breakfast. The hotel robot that delivers goods to your room is adorable. And its close proximity to many attractions in Changsha makes it an ideal place to stay.
Well done to the hard-working team at Chocolate Hotel! You have made my stay so pleasant and enjoyable.
