Staff help full and the hospital excellent. Many staff can speak English

The hotel is not located near tourist attractions but the staff were very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to our butlers Joy and Kitty for the hospitality and pleasant surprise.

With a tube station just downstairs, getting to visit the city is very convenient. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the small mall, a "Cha Yan Yue Se" (popular tea shop) which doesn't require long to queue at all. Breakfast is super too, with a nice range of food. There's also a coffee machine in the room so we could grab a cup of coffee if needed. The staff is super friendly and helped with booking a spa treatment, some visits around the city. As the taxi driver that took us back to the hotel said, it is the best hotel in Changsha.

不愧是服務天花板的瑞吉，從門口禮賓到酒店上下都十分熱情。 特別感謝兩天兩位管家Ashely和Yanny太好啦！24小時深夜都響應迅速！度過了一個美好的週末！ 希望下次有機會體驗這邊的套房，感受不一樣的瑞吉風景。

今年旅行都選了瑞吉，比較了三亞，青島，長沙三間瑞吉感覺長沙的服務是最好的，每位工作人員都會及時注意到需求，十分熱情。早餐豐富，奶昔很不錯，還能吃到多款長沙小食。魚米之鄉果然是重碳水，早餐各種中西米麪包點非常多哈哈哈 總體環境非常新，房間是更新的，環境非常舒適，設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮，管家Ashely和Mia服務非常及時，點名表揚Ashley 小姐姐推薦了江邊景點，不去擠人山人海反而能拍到更好的橘子洲視角。最後一天也去W酒吧溜達了一圈，暗黑波普系實在不是我的風格，英式優雅明亮大氣的瑞吉，下次長沙再見～

住了瑞吉是我來長沙最對的選擇。管家Yaffa、Ashely和 Ivy 服務太貼心了，細緻周到，有要求都秒回。從下車開始，就有人幫忙拿行李按電梯，房間衞生打算真是一絲不苟，特別乾淨，管家還會回訪。房間設計小細節特貼心，晾衣架能加熱，特方便。這個服務和硬件標準，房價真是很公道了~
