Ascott Xiangjiang FFC in Changsha exceeded all expectations, offering a truly luxurious stay in the heart of the vibrant Xiangjiang district. The room was absolutely exceptional—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. The staff went above and beyond, providing top-tier service with a warm, welcoming attitude, and the amenities, from the well-equipped gym to the delicious breakfast options, were outstanding. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Changsha, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

It was an outstanding experience. The modern and elegant design of the hotel, combined with its prime location, made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered fantastic views of the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. A special mention goes to Tiffany, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally helpful. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests truly made a difference and enhanced my experience. I highly recommend Ascott Xiangjiang FFC Changsha to anyone visiting the city!

The overall quality is very good. However, there is a construction site nearby and keep working till mid-night and some noise (not serious) generated.

The room is big and clean. There is coffee machine and induction cooker.

The hotel accomodated my early check-in and late check-out request, even upgraded my room to a bigger one! Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Ascott if you travel to Changsha!

The building is new and near the river. We had the apartment which had a nice sized refrigerator and washing/dryer machine. All amenities were new, clean, and useful. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbor above us and in the hallway, and a lot of light seeped through the door at night. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and staff was very friendly and helpful.

住酒店無非就三點，第一乾淨衞生，第二服務體驗，第三硬件條件。 這次入住房間乾淨，細節到位，硬件條件也是一流水準。前台服務的小陳妹妹業務熟練微笑服務感覺温暖到家，美中不足的是旁邊另一個穿金戴銀的前台小哥估計因為不是自己的業務原因全程坐在工位上專注玩手機，和我一樣也是逃不開手機的控制的凡人一個啊，不過不影響下次再次入住，因為酒店性價比實在太高了，在房間裏時有種待在家裡的感覺。

完美的住宿體驗，超值的選擇！這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。房間乾淨整潔，設施完善，還有洗衣機及廚房用品等，居住非常適宜，景觀好，前台Jacob的服務非常棒，還幫我免費升級了套房，下次還會來住！！！

這次來長沙選擇入住雅詩閣公寓，體驗感超棒，必須要給大家分享一下！ 首先，要誇一誇前台的服務。前台李雅蘭工作人員態度熱情周到，大堂有歡迎茶水，還積極主動地為我們提供各種幫助，讓我們能夠欣賞到美麗的長沙夜景，真的是太貼心啦1！ 再説説房間設施，真的是非常齊全。房間寬敞明亮又乾淨整潔，床品舒適，洗浴用品也很不錯。最重要的是，房間裏配備了完善的廚具設備，像洗衣機、電磁爐、烤箱、洗碗機、咖啡機等等一應俱全，連餐具都準備了多套，完全滿足了我們自己做飯的需求 這次和朋友一起入住，我們在附近的超市買了食材回來，一起在房間裏做飯，享受了一頓温馨又愜意的自製美食，就像在家裡一樣自在，這種感覺真的太好了。而且公寓的位置也十分優越，位於繁華的 CBD 中心，樓下就是商場和地鐵站，周邊各種特色美食、小吃、超市應有盡有，距離嶽麓書院、橘子洲等景點也很近，出行遊玩非常方便

對這家服務式公寓很滿意，點贊房間有一應俱全的廚房廚具、鍋碗瓢盆，還有膠囊咖啡機、洗衣機（帶烘乾），太適合我這種出差幾天的商務人士了。另外，前台服務很好，小姐姐小哥哥很親切，大堂的這個熱茶好喝[強]。客房姐姐還給我送來了薄被子，速度很快很熱情。推薦推薦！！

第一次入住酒店的豪華行政房間，房間很大很乾淨而且空間很大比想像中更好更滿意。房間內的床也很舒適，比較美中不足的洗澡的熱水需要較多時間才能夠輸出。

預訂好，我攜程客服反覆確認要求，平台客服説可以滿足，可是這要求其實酒店沒有收到，攜程客服答應的房型沒有了。酒店的AmyLiu知道後，馬上來房間協調解決，最後給我們做了升級。房間很大，乾乾淨淨，有洗烘一體，微波爐，電磁爐，還有烤箱。餐具整齊地放在櫃中。住得很滿意，又續了兩晚。 現在攜程感覺越來越差了，服務越來越差，之前買的這酒店套餐，結果現訂更便宜，還送早餐。
