We stayed here for 3 night, first night the room were good, buat aircon not work well...The staff changed to Suite room..Big Room and super.comfort..My daughter were very happy stay at Langham

Appreciation to Ms Sarai CHANG 張思逸 We family of 4 stayed there for 2 nights as first part of the X’mas trip to Changsha. Trip.com package was so amusing that, apart from breakfast, the stay included 2 complimentary tickets to Happy Snow Park 歡樂雪域, 5 mins walk from the hotel. While we were puzzled and felt helpless at the hotel front desk about the inability to redeem the free tickets due to the fact that we did not possess China Identity Card (which were needed to redeem and activate the tickets), we were lucky to have Sarai’s patience and effectiveness in coordinating with the Snow Park to sort things out smoothly. She was so caring and responsible that she kept following us up via WeChat to ensure things went alright. I would say the great hospitality from her made a very good first impression of not only Langham Place Hotel, but also Changsha overall. We had a great time at the Snow Park and an enjoyable stay, it could not be without her assistance. Thanks again Sarai and Langham Place!

设施：room is big and bed is comfortable but winter cannot set air con. temp inside the room ; very hot 卫生：clean 环境：very close to the snow park, walking distance 2 mins; and they have buggy to send to the ocean park 服务：front office service very good, they offer tickets purchase tips; buggy service to the park etc

Lovely hotel with great facilities, walking distance to the snow and water parks, breakfast was great, hotel swimming pool was nice, children's play area was good too.

Very friendly hotel staff! location is very close to the surrounding amusement parks and the subway station.

Nice hotel, high quality facilities, all very clean and staff was super friendly. The only drawback was the room temperature because even though it was november, sun was very strong and room was very hot inside (27º) and the aircon was not working, we ask for it and they did not switch it on because they said it was november and yet, the room was too hot to enjoy our stay. I hope they can improve such point. Thank you.

The room is good, and beautiful views could be seen from the windows. We have had a good time, thank staff Oliver's help, by the way.

Nice to stay for go water park and film town side of it . Very kids friendly. Not far park and lake. Breakfast god for foreigners. Room big and clean.

第一次入住大王山朗豪，整體體驗比想象中要好很多。 設施： 雖然已經開業幾年，但是設備維護都比較靠譜。沒有發現什麼細節維護問題。 衞生： 衞生條件不錯。酒店的不同地點都非常整潔，房間內的打掃也非常仔細。 服務： 前台服務很專業，會了解客人需求來推薦房型和安排房間。其他的門房服務還有餐廳服務也比較好，很有耐心也很熱情。衹是5樓康體中心的服務需要加強一下，到了5樓沒有人引導，然後找到人詢問了以後依舊沒有找到健身房的地點在哪裡……

在春節期間能這樣的價格住上超預期的酒店，真的太棒了，過年從深圳自駕過去，不願意住五一廣場附近擠，反正開車嘛，就找了家五星酒店，沒想到性價比那麼高，早餐標準還是很OK，旁邊還有小朋友喜歡的遊樂園，海洋館之類的，玩三天都夠。服務特別好，一家四口異地過個寒冷的春節在感受了很多温暖，住店期間前台的sarai幫助了很多，有求必應，服務到位，總能第一時間幫我解決問題，下次再過來再來長沙我還是會選擇這裏，👍👍👍

訂的豪華大床房，晚上快12點才到，前台快速地辦理了入住。高層視野開闊，房間設施齊全，結構設計合理，特別是乾濕分離，雙洗漱台，此處好評。水晶吊燈設計很美觀，大床也很舒適，兩娃躺床上秒睡。唯一不足：若洗漱台下能常備小童踏步，以便夠不到洗漱台的小朋友使用就更完美了。

前台和客房服務人員服務熱情，一進入房間就看到桌上的水果，招待很貼心。房間衞生乾淨整潔，空調温度穩定，乘坐電梯上下時，電梯平穩。早餐也很豐富而且味道不錯。

我們是去旁邊的歡樂雪域玩所以才訂這酒店的。酒店服務很好，我們當天是消防演習，酒店經理還借我們傘子。早餐一般，訂的套票只包括2個成人，但小孩都免費給我們。但房間內的設備有問題，冰箱是壞的，浴室的門應該是向外推的，但有個把手在外面頂着，如果在裡面拉的話，跟本拉不動，一定要找人幫忙在外面推。
