Good location and convenience to take airport bus. Room is comfortable and good air condition. Not far from subway Railway station which you can take exit 1 or 2 then walk through until next to a hospital then you can see the hotel.

Location : 200m away from metro (bonus : direct bus from airport A86 stops at hotel doorstep) Minus point : The metro entry/exit near the hotel has only stairs (no escalator or lift) - Those with heavy luggage take note (2 storey climb) The morning staff (front desk) the 2 girls there are very friendly and helpful. They go all the way out to help me get to my destination despite the fact that I cannot read chinese. The room: Spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Air-conditioning working well and can set temperature to a comfortable 22 degrees Celcius during early spring (some hotels only have heating)

Lobby looked kinda shabby and understaff but the room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Mattress a little soft. Overall a good experience.

Clean room Near Changsha Railway station if you need to go next step by train but room size is too fit, i need more space for luggage anyway overall is good

The room is good (over my expectation). Amenities and facilities, breakfast are good. The room has no smoking smell like other hotels so I am quite surprised and really love it. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Location is closed to MRT station. It is very convenient to take the airport bus. It is just in front of the hotel!

Very nice hotel,the room has a foot massager.It is free. I like the spacious room,clean and the TV is huge .Many channels and with netflix. You can get free tea to drink everyday at the lobby.Airport bus stop here.You no need to worry how to reach this hotel. The receptionist is very helpful and supportive. Nearby metro and railway station,for traveller it is convenient. Restaurant and foods are everywhere.

The room is value for money. Very large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast though simple is very good. Location is excellent. Restaurant, convenient stores are all within walking distance. Just 10min walk to metro station. Opposite hotel there is a park where you can stroll around in the morning if you have time The most important of all is, to go to the airport, just walk next door to the office to buy your ticket and wait for your bus. It takes about 40min to reach airport. Frequency is every 1 hr. Super convenient.

Hotel is near to subway station and changshatrain station. It’s very convenient for guest how want to go to other cities by train.

Excellent location for shuttle bus to/from Changsha Airport. Right to the door. Short walk to Changsha Train Station as well for connections to other cities. Comfortable bed and dreamy luxurious pillows. Double glazing cuts out the traffic noise. If you're bothered by traffic noise, checked that the windows are shut. Nice rain shower, water was hit enough. Recommended.&

Very good service, especially the front desk SS0095 even upgraded our booking from double bed to family room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel even have laundry room for free washing, equip with detergent.

Very good location as we are taking train the next day. Walking distance to Railway Station & train station. There's 24hrs eatery & lots of small eateries in the day. Hotel staff very friendly & room is very clean and comfortable. I had a good sleep.

+10min walk to Changsha train station +airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel +hot water +room relatively big Was a short one night stay so nothing to complain about!

6 min waking to the train station!! Really clean, doesn’t smell like cigarette
