Good hotel. Need to improve the food like it overall. Will snack ago.

This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge. If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door! I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.

I have stayed here every year for last 7 years and have noticed a steady decline in services in last 2 years. I am really disappointed in what I have experienced this time and it will probably be the last time I stay. From limited food selection to an aircon that doesn’t work, the problems are too many. I hope that they can fix the problems in the future. 😔

This is an excellent hotel, that was when I left late, they cleaned my room without any requests or objections. They helped me to get a taxi, and also the place is clean and well-maintained.

This is a great hotel, they even let me book in before 12m, and they always provide the best suit. The ladies at the front desk will do everything on their hands to make your stay pleasurable. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I always feel very welcomed, and I also appreciate the excellent service they consistently offer.

演唱會場館5分鐘路程的酒店，雖然是2017年裝修的酒店，但是頁面顯示5鑽就提前預訂了，沒想到入住體驗一點也不好。首先房間一進去就有異味，沙發座椅老舊臟臟的，衞生間馬桶泛黃有異物，牆紙也是脱裂臟，想着就住一晚就將就了，而且自己已經消毒了一遍，都是想着忍忍就過了。但是，點了外賣有的時候是機器人送有的就是外賣員直接上樓的，這總感覺有安全隱患的，而且問前台問題，她們會説現在我好忙我在辦入住。。。。總之體驗好不好，除了演唱會近一點沒有一點好

評價看着還行，結果踩大雷。除了看演唱會近，沒有任何優點！連民宿都不如！酒店門口破破舊舊的，彷彿來到九十年代的老賓館。戴眼鏡年紀較大的那個前台態度很差，板着個臉，房卡直接扔台上。房間裝修很舊，鏡子會照到床，電視機是雪花的根本看不了。下午剛開始空調還沒冷氣，後來才有冷氣，半夜好像冷氣又變小了被熱醒。衞生簡直差到極點，熱水壺那塊很多灰塵，馬桶圈上還有噁心的斑斑點點，地毯上有小的零碎垃圾，刷牙杯杯底都不乾淨。住過最差的酒店，像是沒有任何管理似的。

設施：雖然説皇冠的品牌方更換了，也不至於連房間裏的minibar也換沒了吧，買點東西想放冰箱裏麪都沒自主，需要放前台的冰箱，太麻煩了。唯一覺得酒店的亮點是健身房設施，猜測可能是也對外的關係吧。 衞生：床頭的電話機貌似可能有段時間沒清理，見圖。 環境：是個混合型的酒店，樓上也有別的產業多元化。 離體育場確實是最近的酒店，衹是為了看演唱會住住還是挺省力的。

這家酒店最大的優點就是離常熟體育場很近 步行不超過五分鐘 為了看張信哲演唱會訂的 停車場也足夠 就算付費其實也不貴 當然住店是免費停車的 還有一個小鵬的換電站 適合小鵬車主 房間挺大的就是看着有點舊 空調也不是很給力 前台服務人員態度還是蠻好的 看演唱會的話訂這家很推薦

酒店的地理位置方便，離開體育中心很近，步行5分鐘，周圍公交也很多。房間和廁所，衞生打掃得很馬虎，有頭髮和煙頭，明顯的就是衞生沒認真弄。早餐的品種還算豐富，可以吃飽。

設施：周全 衞生：乾淨 環境：好 服務：周到 差旅出遊到回酒店下榻！體會很好！完美！

位置比較方便，停車方便，早餐也可以，前台服務中規中矩，房間可以，開業比較久設施有些老，可以理解，但是衞生非常有待於提高，浴巾都有頭髮，洗手間門後面也有頭髮，我都懷疑是不是沒有打掃，管理監督需要提升

這次入住的酒店體驗超棒！房間打掃得一塵不染，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。酒店服務人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心推薦周邊美食。位置也很優越，出行便利，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，下次出行還選這兒！

899的房間……多多少少有點破破爛爛……門爛的 寫字枱座椅爛的……唯一的優點，離體育館近？然後就沒有然後了……
