I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every detail. From the spacious, immaculate room to the top-notch amenities, it exceeded all my expectations. Room & Amenities: 10/10 -Bathroom Perfection: Loved having both a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Tip: Request a high-floor room for the best river views!

A new hotel located 30 min ride away from the city centre. Beautiful location next to 西太湖。Went for a walk in the evening and it was a serene experience. Hotel breakfast spread is good and delicious. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful lake view. Breakfast and coffee at the restaurant with a beautiful sunrise over the lake. I could not ask for a better experience in this city.

Nice stay! Rooms are large and clean! No western options for food. Customer service at night is a bit confused but nevertheless we had a great time.

定的糖果親子房，房間面積本來就小，由於衞浴佔的面積挺大。房間部分就很小。再加上一個圓形的糖果帳篷，房間就顯得更加擁擠。房間缺少方便使用的桌子或基本的寫字枱，這點很不給力。房間的床上用品質量很差很悶，5月這麼熱的天，還在用羽絨的被子，關鍵是床品的面料悶熱，睡得很不舒服，影響睡眠。從酒店用品的品質上來説，真的很一般。糖果親子房都在22樓23樓，樓層也不高，視野不怎麼好，不建議定親子房。 再説環境窗外湖景，但是湖水顏色有點灰暗混濁。看上去並不怎麼好，周邊也沒有很好的其他配套。就算去湖邊逛逛也很一般無趣。感覺匹配不了常州第一美景酒店的評價 酒店的娛樂設施，小童設施是齊全的。住店客人都可以享用20分鐘免費使用桌球或者乒乓球。這一點很方便住客。沒有另外花錢。娛樂設施這塊環境挺好的。 一樓的中餐廳服務可以，味道也不錯。早餐廳環境挺好，口味中規中矩。五一勞動節人真的是多，酒店生意還挺好。 總的來説中規中矩，房間不喜歡不方便，沒睡好，綜合設施還可以的。如實評價，僅供參考。

這次入住常州星河萬麗酒店非常棒！首先，特別感謝前台的Gina，提到鼻炎犯了立馬送了空氣凈化器，讓入住體驗有了極大改善。其次，房間風景優美，湖、景，盡入眼底，完美下次來常州還會選擇這裏

房間很大很寬敞，風景很不錯！但是房間內沒有抽紙，衹有洗手枱旁邊放了一盒，我先生作為鼻炎患者，不能隨手拿到紙覺得很不方便。送的西太湖影視基地的門票，裏面很荒涼，人也很少，也不好停車。早飯種類挺多，但是人也巨多。晚上我們去吃了韓餐，小姐姐烤的肉很棒，炸醬麪，海鮮餅超棒！

很難評也很後悔的一次行程，本來衝著西太湖的美景來的，結果從入住開始就糟心。 1，酒店大廳跟售樓處混在一起，周邊還是在建樓盤，亂糟糟的。停車場指示不明，無標牌也無人員引導。 2，前台服務傲慢，提前半個月預訂了兩間房，下午3點半到達居然説已經滿房不能安排在同一樓層，當場打開攜程，明明多的是房間。最後在我堅持同一樓層後，又改了説辭説是房間沒有清理出來先給我一間房，另一間等清理。 3，高空湖景失望，跟宣傳圖相差甚遠。房間窗户不是整體落地窗，隔斷很多。也沒有陽台，賞景視覺效果差很多。 4，可以説是住過最差的萬豪系，從開始就沒有服務，也沒有歡迎水果，冰箱空盪盪。 總結：不推薦入住，地理位置偏遠and服務跟不上，景色也不值得特意跑一趟。
