Very good location and warm services. Walking distance to most of the attractive places. The mattress is a bit hard. The blanket provided was too thin. It was cold in the night.

Location was good for bus station and old town. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night as we had to catch flight the next day. The only disappointment was that the roof terrace was closed off and we was looking forward to a telaxing drink and view of the town.

Nice hotel close and walking distance to the bus station and old town. It was clean and nice basic room, reasonable price, good views over the city. Bed was quite soft. Not easy access with wheelchair.

The staff is very very kind, the girl at the reception was very helpful for everything and helped us with the app to pay for parking ticket. The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was ok.

Very well situated, friendly and helpful reception and staff, spotless room. Thank you for a pleasant stay and close to the bus station and historic section of town. Chania is a wonderful town to visit with excellent tavernas and many well-priced to buy.

Great place to stay in Chania. It has an excellent location, close to the Old Port, the bus station, supermarkets and shops. The room was cleaned every day and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. 100% recommended!

Archontiki is the best place to stay in Chania. The desktop team are the friendliest in Greece. Thankfully not the old town, but near enough if that's your aim. I will come back to Chania and Arcontikki every time.

The Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Had many tips and useful information about Chania and its sights. The location is perfect! Thank you all for making my stay incredibly enjoyable 😊 I would totally recommend it for solo-travelers!

Perfect location for seeing the old town: seconds off the main strip, but quiet location. Simple on the inside but clean and very friendly staff. The room was very spacious and light and we had a fabulous enormous terrace to ourselves.

Great location and really helpful staff, the rooms are basic but all you need. Only issue we had to make others aware of is the cleaner leaves the balcony doors slightly open after cleaning (assume for fresh air) and we had some items stolen, we assume from the neighbouring balcony as only they could access this and they checked out the same day. So would recommend asking for cleaners to keep doors closed as there is a security issue here. The hotel also didn’t do anything about this other than the receptionist apologise. Nothing of great value was taken but not nice knowing someone has been through your things. All in all a great stay though.

We really feel sorry regarding the inconvenient fact of your missing stuff, but we wish to clarify that all the room balconies are privates and there is no access to them except if you have already enter the room. Unfortunately there is no way to be sure where you lost the missing item so we are not able to blame anyone for a steal. Since you informed us about this fact we have made some actions in order to be sure that we are not responsible about this lost (like we contacted our linen-cleaning partners and ask them to look at the sheets we sent them to clean, just to be sure we did not take it away with your sheets etc.). Therefore we really sorry again we were not able to assist you better according this situation and from now on we will keep the balcony doors always closed in order to help our guests feelling safer.

Nice location, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. It is located very close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are decent for the price. The staff is very friendly and accommodating…………… :)

Ottima posizione a ridosso del centro storico facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, parcheggi auto gratuiti lungo la strada e ottima colazione con cestino utile anche per pranzo, La sistemazione in hotel era ottima e i locali molto ampi, ingresso soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e bagno al 5 piano con terrazzo e balcone.

Tutto sommato un buon hotel sebbene particolarmente caro. Colazione servita in un cartoccio potendo scegliere unicamente tra tre opzioni (cosa che comunque a noi non è stato concessa ) e comunque a base di carboidrati, di per sé non male ma monotona. Camera molto rumorosa de si decide, non sopportando l’aria condizionata, di dormire con la finestra aperta
