Nefeli Hotel

Overall the hotel was okay but the cleaner stole our presents. We had birthday presents with us. When we opened the presents some of the products were stolen. The cleaner was super sneaky, she opened the presents, stole just some the stuff and closed them so we wouldn’t notice it. Be careful!

The hotel is extremely well situated just two blocks from the gates of busy Old Town. No problem from the traffic of noise. Staff is friendly and helpful, they have a "can do" -attitude. Plentiful breakfast was included in room price. The beds are good and I slept well. The room style was a bit dated, but it was clean, neat and had everything necessesary, also a small fridge. The bed was very good. Bathroom had a shower, quite small but worked well. The balcony was nice to sit and look at the city life. In all the hotel was well taken care of. I stayed in Nefeli for one night and the stay exceeded my expectations. I would go again.

very good hotel near the city center the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good the room was very clean but the bath was quite small the bed was good and i had a nice sleep the parking is little difficult

The amazing receptionist received us late in the evening, took care of us and gave us a good feeling. His name is John and he is a charming and funny person, the room is beautiful and very satisfactory compared to the other expensive and unjustified prices in the city. Very close to the port and the main street. Highly recommended (this is the hotel with the biggest balcony where we slept)

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Contente de ma chambre qui était très propre. Malheureusement mon séjour s'est mal terminé. L'avant dernier jour, je suis revenue à midi et demi dans ma chambre pour me changer tellement j'étais frigorifiée. La chambre n'avait pas encore été faite. J'ai déposé sur le lit les achats effectués le matin, une dizaine de T shirts. Lorsque je suis revenue le soir, j'avais l'impression qu'ils avaient disparus. Le lendemain matin, j'ai fouillé la chambre à plusieurs reprises. Je ne les ai pas retrouvés. Je suis allée à la réception pour les prévenir. La personne a été très étonnée. Je pense qu'elle ne m'a pas crue. Il a appelé la femme de ménage qui a nié. J'ai insisté à la réception. Il m'a dit qu'il allait la recontacter. Quand je suis revenue vers 13h30. C'était de nouveau négatif. Ce n'est déjà pas agréable de se faire voler sans sa chambre mais cela l'est encore moins lorsque la personne de la réception et le guide ne vous croient pas. Faites donc attention. Ne laissez pas traîner vos affaires.

Hosting struttura camere nuove(quelle al 6'piano hanno un terrazzino privato,pulizie giornaliere e colazione buona.A 5 minuti dal centro e a 1 minuto dalla stazione bus da cui andare in aereoporto e nelle altre località come Heraklion. Prezzo conveniente rispetto ai servizi offerti.Siamo stati benissimo.
