Couldnt have been happier with our stay here. Our lovely host had gone to the trouble of reserving a very hard-to-find parking space which she guided us to before showing us to our beautiful and very comfortable room with balcony overlooking one of the lovely little streets just behind the Venetian Harbour. Our great night of sleep was followed by the included breakfast provided by a cafe just around the corner which offered a wonderful choice of delicious goodies. Unfortunately only a one night stay so we'll just have to go back!

Lovely accommodation - really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. In the old town but a quieter area so you benefit from no noise but being in the centre. Roof terrace was great especially for the evening view across the old town. Hosts were attentive, regular contact to see if there was anything they could help with, lots of local suggestions.

This was the most fraudulently advertised room I have ever come across. As 2 female friends we had booked a 2 bedroom suite with living area and sofa bed for our holiday, which was booked, paid for and confirmed several months in advance. When we arrived the entrance opened up to a mattress wedged against a wall in an alcove in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress was neither dressed as a sofa or a bed, it was simply a mattress opposite a kettle and nespresso machine (with no pods). We were shown the bedroom and asked where the other bedroom was. We were told the mattress was! This didn't even constitute a bed never mind a bedroom. The man who met us who subsequently turned out to be the manager became extremely rude and intimidating when we told him this was not what we booked & we wanted what we booked otherwise we wanted our money back. He told us we hadn't paid which was rubbish as we had proof of payment to show him and then subsequently said it was Bulls**t (his words not mine) that a 2 bedroom suite even existed. Meanwhile my friend was on the phone to the manager who said the suite was for 5 people and we were only 2. The manager was shouting at us, did not apologise once and was extremely intimidating. The room was fit for 2 people only & only a romantic couple& was v small , the bathroom was small, outdated and no bath. I noticed there was no photos of our actual room on ANY booking websites. It took hours before we got a refund and our first night was completely ruined.

We booked a 2 double bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge, what we arrived to was 1 double bed and a sofa in the space between the bedroom and bathroom which was opposite the entrance to the apartment. The person who met us on arrival was very abrupt, and did not introduce himself. When he showed us the accommodation we said that we had booked 2 double bedrooms and this was only 1 bedroom, he said that a 2 double bedroom apartment did not exist and that we were being argumentative. I showed him the booking at which point he called the owner. The owner said that there was a 2 double room apartment with sofa bed but it was for 5 people, and we were only 2 people. I spoke to the owner and said we booked and paid for a 2 double room apartment with a sofa bed irrespective of how many guests. We felt intimidated and bullied by the person who met us at the accommodation, he was dismissive and aggressive, rather than trying to find a solution to the issue he was just saying/shouting that we were wrong and that the room we were shown was all they had. After 6 hours we found availability somewhere else. Even if we had stayed the room was not of an acceptable standard. The bed had 2 pillows, the air conditioner did not work, there was no coffee pods or water, the bathroom was tired and needed updating, the bedroom faced directly onto the busy street and was very noisy. This establishment is only suitable for a 1 night stay. I have stayed in better quality and less expensive hotels in Manhattan.

Camera molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. Non serve includere la colazione nella prenotazione perchè la camera si trova in centro dove è pieno di ristoranti e bar molto carini. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una terrazza molto ampia con tavolini e sedie per rilassarsi. Unico difetto: le scale. Abbiamo dovuto fare 4 rampe di scale con le valigie e senza ascensore.. arrivati in cima eravamo ko!

Comodità unica nel cuore del Centro Storico Di Chania. Soggiorno da 7 gg nella Suite Artemis, dove non mancava proprio nulla. Non saprei da dove comunicare, stanza enorme, ogni tipo di confort, pulizia ineccepibile, teli mare ogni giorno, ciabatte cambiate 3 volte in sette giorni, sonno perfetto su materassi Cocomat e per non farsi mancare nulla, splendido balcone con affaccio su una via storica. La colazione a poca distanza, anche quella oltre che buonissima è servita da personale gentilissimo (veramente a Chania lo sono tutti). Non da poco la posizione, comoda a tutti i servizi. Non abbiate dubbi, Cobdolato Boutique vi coccolerà.
