Lovely historic building which is beautifully converted and to a very high standard. Attentive and authentic service and a good choice of restaurants.

Auberge du Jeu de Paume is an exceptional experience. We had the pleasure and privilege to stay in its beauty. The moment we were greeted by Lea at the front desk, we were welcomed into open arms. The hospitality was raised by Perrine as we were shown the grandeur yet comfort of the property. The suite that was home was beyond clean and luxurious. The warmth was overwhelming when presented with nighttime treats waiting for us after the delicious meals. Marie in the restaurant was a joy to be around. The spa was clean, relaxing, and a much needed trip after walking Paris for days. This level of attention and service clearly comes from passion, and nothing gives that impression more than Auberge's manager, Emmanuel. I believe if there was a personification of hospitable, it might be Emmanuel. He took care of us the moment we entered the property to the moment we left. His attention to detail, warmth, and welcoming nature was very much appreciated by this traveling family.

Beautiful hotel located right next to the Château de Chantilly. We stayed as a family for two nights and were giving connected rooms. Everything was perfect, the beds were so comfortable, the small fitness center, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were lovely. Although the two restaurants at the Auberge are quite fancy, there are many more casual options in Chantilly and an absolutely amazing boulangerie, which is a two minute walk away.

Wonderful place with incredible hotel team, so nice and fast to answer to all your needs. Foods are amazing too ! Bravo le Chef !

Great stay for new year's eve. We took the package new year's eve and had somptuous dinner at le Connetable (which deserves a one star Michelin), service was excellent, we had a beautiful suite with view on the garden of Chateau de Chantilly. They have also a Spa with pool, sauna, and steam room

Our stay at Château de Jeu de Paume in Chantilly was a mix of beauty and challenges. The rooms, particularly the large junior suites with courtyard views, were spacious and elegantly appointed—truly a highlight of our visit. We booked five rooms in total, though two of them had non-functioning air conditioning, which was disappointing. The location is unparalleled, situated right next to the Château de Chantilly and the renowned stables, making it perfect for exploring the area. During our stay, the Christmas decorations added a festive charm, enhancing the ambiance of the property. However, the service left much to be desired. Our experience at the bar was particularly frustrating—we waited an inordinate amount of time for service, only to be informed that the kitchen had already closed. Dinner at Le Jardin d’Hiver was adequate but did not stand out in comparison to the hotel’s luxurious surroundings. Despite these setbacks, we did enjoy our time at the hotel. The beautiful rooms and prime location make it a worthwhile stay, though improved service would elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel had a lovely warmth, character and charm that I truly enjoyed. The deco in the room was very regal and the room so comfortable. Beyond the deco the food at the Auberge was absolutely delicious, from the breakfast selection to the restaurant gastronomique everything was spot on.

Hotel located in scenic, small-town locale, surrounded by forests and equestrian countryside. Quiet evenings, excellent staff, and elegant rooms. If you’re on vacation and want a break from the noise and clamor of Paris, spend some time here and tour the nearby museums/castle.

Excellent and romantic end to our 35th Wedding Anniversary trip to France. We have stayed at multiple hotels in France, this one was by far the best.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. It is beautifully maintained to a very high standard. I would describe it as one of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed in throughout Europe. All of the staff members were helpful, kind, and welcoming. The surroundings are also beautiful. Chateau de Chantilly, and its famed library should not be missed. It is a 5 minute walk from the property. For horse lovers, the race track is nearby, and the incredible stables.

we enjoyed the location, friendliness of the Valet , the room was small but comfortable , the breakfast is excellent , but we could not access ans test the restaurants,

From arriving to leaving! It was perfect! It was really feeling like home! For me one of the best hotels around the world! And the location is amazing for people that love nature!
