This is an excellent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is located near many restaurants and supermarkets for guests' convenience. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for great customer service, and all of the comforts of home away from home.

The staff are always smiling and attentive to our needs. Clay, at the front desk, gives professionalism and compassion to each customer. He displays an exeplory performance, showing his skills aren't just great customer service, but a true dedication to the entire job itself. Every hotel should meet the standards set forth by Clay.

Incredibly disappointed with the property. The kitchen had crumbs in all the drawers. The sink dripped constantly. The entire floor smelled like smoke. Two of the lights were broken and one had a shattered bulb. The remote had missing buttons and barely worked. I do not recommend staying here.

I have been here for 3 months, and the stay has been remarkable. The staff is very conscientious and extremely accommodating. My room is clean, and they come to service the room at least once a week. The manager Amita Shrestha is incredible. She goes above and beyond expectations for the clients here. She has helped me, and I will always appreciate that. She greets me and other clients every morning with her kind smile. I watched her handle 4 customers one morning having problems with their cards and they were so demanding but she helped everyone. I could not do that. Sulerman also has been very helpful, well the entire staff. So, thank you for making my family feel very comfortable here at Extended Stay. Mark

I stayed in this hotel a dozen times, and only realized recently they allow tenants to move in for 6-12 month contracts at discount price. I'll have a look at other hotels but this hotel is phenomenal, Suleman (concierge desk) and general manager is incredible and its always filled with HBB's. Not to mention nearby restaurant and the laundry facility is respectable. I've been to other hotels and where they excel in one area they usually fall short in others, I've had great experiences here and its all around solid. AZ

The front desk staff is really nice and helpful. This is the best bargain place for a long term stay and the place kept decent and convenient location to grocery, Dulles Airport and major road(50,28 and the beltway).
