Guanjiang Minsu (Chaozhou Tengrui Bund Bay Store) is located in Bund Bay Apartment, Tengrui Center Building on the north side of the east bridge head of Hanjiang Bridge in xiangqiao district, Guangdong Province. It is close to Hanjiang River and has beautiful scenery, about 10 kilometers away from Chaozhou Railway Station, 20 kilometers away from Chaoshan Station and 25 kilometers away from Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport. Tengrui Center Building is 186 meters high, and it is currently the tallest building in eastern Guangdong. It is a new landmark of HanDong New Town. Guanjiang Minsu is located in the center of each scenic spot, with convenient transportation. It takes about 2 minutes to drive to Guangji Bridge and 5 minutes to walk to Taifo Palace. It is separated from the first bridge of Paifang Street and is in a new landmark commercial building with a height of 186 meters, enjoying the first-line river view with Crowne Plaza Hotel. Enjoy the night view of the Hanjiang River at home, near the scenic spots of the ancient city such as Han Wengong Feeding, Bijiashan Chaozhou Kiln Ruins, Huiru Park and Kaiyuan Temple. We are equipped with two 1.2m beds upstairs and a 1.5m sofa bed downstairs, which is suitable for 4-6 people. You don't need a room card to get in and out, the lobby is on duty 24 hours a day, the whole process is self-help, professional cleaning and cleaning, the bed cover is changed by one guest, and the bathroom is washed by one guest, so that you can live comfortably and feel at ease. 服務很好，預訂好後很快溝通具體位置和停車，點贊，房子裝修很好，衞生也很乾凈，落地窗看的風景也很好。唯一不好的就是衣櫃和櫃子都上鎖，不給用，不是很方便。客廳的沙發床明顯看得見不平腰的位置是塌下去的，結果在沙發上睡了一碗晚。比較適合行李不多的小情侶。不太適合家庭。

位置很好，出行方便，離各個景點都很近，房間裏視野非常棒，乾淨又衞生，這家住的很舒心，孩子們很喜歡，下次會繼續選擇住在這裏。

基本不寫點評，這次主動想評價一下。對比了幾家這一幢的民宿，挑了個評價衞生乾淨的入住，結果確實很滿意。老闆娘比較用心，床品乾淨舒適，房間整潔，還有香薰，進房間就香香的，整個房間沒有一點異味。設備小電器都比較新，性價比很高了。要説美中不足，因為沒有衣櫃，可以把衣架換結實點。另外淋浴設備就是普通的，30樓的高層花灑水流就比較小了，沒有加壓設備。但是四百不到的價格來説這些要求有點高了哈哈。推薦入住。

房間很乾凈温馨，有回到家的感覺！地理位置絕佳，去景點都很方便。不想出門點個外賣也很便利。房間在30樓，視野開闊，江景超讚！房間的毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，對於從來不用酒店牙具和毛巾的我來説簡直是太合心意了！房東還貼心的送了特產老葯桔和鴨屎香茶葉，以後有機會去潮州還會選擇入住觀江公寓！

很喜歡這間loft, 和朋友兩人入住，空間分隔非常好，很舒服。 個人感覺3-4人也不擁擠。 挑空高，能看到韓江江景，2個衞生間。 其中一個小衞生間在2樓，對住在2樓的住客非常友好。 房間很乾凈，每天出門回來後，發覺有保潔做過適度的打掃、收拾垃圾等。 房主很友好，會告知周邊的景點、推薦當地人的美食。 酒店地理位置很好，揭陽機場打車過來40多分鐘就到，步行5分鐘太佛殿，還可以步行40分鐘或者幾分鐘發車到廣濟橋、然後參觀古城。 非常棒的公寓，有機會下次再來。

非常適合家庭出遊，兩張大床，一家四口不擁擠，上下都有衞生間，所有衞浴用品都是一次性的，保障了衞生，給予我們也非常大的方便與安心。一次不錯的入住體驗，可惜過年潮州實在是太熱鬧了沒有好好的體驗，得空了再去一次~

房間可以，比較乾淨，廣濟橋附近，去牌坊街滴滴也是十來塊，一次性的浴巾和洗臉巾很不錯，還有乾洗機，可是床單皺巴巴的，很難相信是新換的，因為趕着出去沒和管家聯繫這個問題，後來空調也是壞的，一家人半夜熱醒了。
