Overall ok. Staff were helpful. Room was a bit small though.

I was impressed by how clean the hotel was when we arrived. We were there before check-in time and therefore there was no one there so we have to whether call or add the hotel’s wechat to contact them, which could be a little complicated for foreigners with no wechat or someone who not speak Chinese but the admin was very helpful and replied very fast to all the questions. The toilet and bathroom were also clean and modern. The hotel is quite and the atmosphere is very nice. The location is just great. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here.

The room and location were perfect. The host was also very friendly and helped us check in quickly and introduced some attractions... Will come again for stay

It's in an excellent location in the old town. Very handy to public transport. We arrived earlier than the check in time and was allowed to leave our luggage there while we left for sight seeing.Room is tiny and generally clean.Window and door of the room are very close to the table and seats in the courtyard where the hotel guests sit to have cups of tea. Not ideal if you want more privacy. It's good for a short stay.

Will not recommend this homestay I don't see anybody at the reception during my 4 days stay very small room design of the bathroom and toilet bowl very bad after shower every where is flooded with water Bedsheets were not changed at all during my stay and bed wasn't made too

This homestay location is very close to the popular paifang street, just 50m along the side lane and onto the street. Most of the popular places to visit are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and new as the place is newly renovated. Rooms are cleaned everyday, only negative is the TV program . Only Xiaomi TV program available.

Value for money. Clean and beautiful.

離牌坊街南入口不遠，挺好找的，去景點也比較方便。院子有小設計感，提供了一次性用品包括浴帽。沖淋房與馬桶之間是半隔斷，洗澡水會流到馬桶位置，後續進出會踩濕地板。床單被套面料抖動會響，這兩點能改進就更好了

地點在牌坊街橫巷非常方便很有特色，如果房間有雪櫃會更完美

在網上對比了很多家 最後還是選擇了這一家民宿 她們家是我覺得裝修最好 價格也是最平價的一家 整體的裝修風格真的很像潮汕的老式房子 是我喜歡的🥰 當天十一點多我們就到了 工作人員就説讓我們先把行李箱放在門口 等上一個房客退房後工作人員收拾好我們才可以入住 然後工作人員也是很貼心😄 就説到時候會幫我們把行李放在房間裏面 隨後我就先跟妹妹出去吃飯了 民宿離牌坊街特別的近 走出去就到了 等到下午回來後我跟妹妹一進房間看了一眼 就一直在説 這一家民宿真好 哈哈哈哈😄 首先他們家基本上的生活用品都是用的一次性 一次性毛巾浴巾 最讓我驚訝的是居然還有一次性馬桶墊 🥰這一點真的做的特別的好 然後桌子上還有在潮州吃喝玩樂的攻略 真的很貼心😄還有可以租電瓶車 大巴的聯繫方式都有 房間兩個人住是完全足夠的 早上起來到門口亭子裏走一走 真的很舒心 一開始還擔心網上的圖片跟現實的會不一樣 她們家真的可以放心 完全一模一樣 很好看 已經推薦給了朋友 下次過來潮州玩還來她們家住 這一次旅遊很開心也很滿意😄

第一次過來潮州。感受到房東的熱情。非常貼心細節做得很到位。和家人都很喜歡，就像住在自己家裡一樣。房間衞生乾淨 真心推薦

房間很滿意，比預期更好。在一個小巷子裏。牌坊街內的民宿，周圍都是一些有年代感小洋樓。但是民宿很新，看得出很用心的感覺。一次性用品充足。住這裏衹帶衣服和必備品都夠了。來的時候剛好在打掃。床品都是一客一換。店家很貼心幫我們寄存行李。優先打掃，吃個午餐回來，已經打掃好衞生並且空調開好，怎麼能不好評呢

衞生乾淨，位置很好，就在古城內。出門就是牌坊街。民宿在巷子裏，鬧中取靜，也算人車分離，遠離外面的喧囂。毛巾浴巾一次性馬桶套也是一次性的很貼心。小孩子可以配備小童拖鞋。老闆介紹了周邊好吃的都沒踩雷。服務態度很好，民宿整體風格很美！
