Great location, friendly staffs Hotel is at reasonable price for such good location. Check in is fast and simple. Check in counter is helpful and polite. Room turn around is fast and effective. Hotel has free washers x 3 and dryers x 3, they are clean daily. 24/7 in house building security. Hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, malls and foot massage. 7-11 and minimarts below hotel and nearby. Hotel is next to new big malls. Mac Donald’s, 3 mins walk. KFC right next to hotel. Breakfast is amazing, has local Chao Sha breakfast. Will return again to stay in this hotel.

You can go to the hotel from the airport bus line no.6 (to Chaozhou ) at the bus station no.2(chihu bus station) and walk back about 150 meters, cross the road and you will see the hotel. The location was nice. They have the mall near hotel(Buliding A, B, C) and the KFC really close to the hotel and we enjoy about heytea and chagee too. Staff don’t speak english, but they use a translator for communicate us. They were nice and don’t hesitate to help us although we don’t understand for each other. The real lobby is on the 5th floor. The breakfast was great. They have a cook noodle so you can use 3 noodles for them cook. And the soup was great.!!! And they also have a congee, fried rice, some stir fried meatball and vegetable, dim sum, salad, yogurt and bread zone. It’s so various.

Rooms and bathroom is spacious. Beds are comfortable enough, relatively good as a base to explore Chaozhou Paifang Street (old touristy street), which is about a 5 mins Didi ride. Convenient location right beside a mall with a good mix of shops as well as a KFC. Breakfast has a good selection of local favourite foods.

We booked the room without breakfast but was told the hotel offers free breakfast. It was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good and the spread was good. The stay was very comfortable as the room was clean.

Location not near the tourist attractions but it is near shopping mall so very convenient. New hotel so everything is quite new. Room is big with modern touch. Bed very comfortable. Very good to have free laundry and dryer. The service by the staff is superb especially when we have issue with washing machine. The only complaint is the small breakfast area with rude local customers who snatch tables when we put our stuff on table (still dare to say table don’t have our name) - they can better control table seating.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and suitable for family or business trip.

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Chaozhou Fortune Center and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

Hotel location was the best in Chaozhou. The best serves all the local delicacies that was tasty and delicious.

Yami and Hailey assisted us well and were very cooperative . Used all means to communicate us in English . The room size is nice and fast check in .

Size of room is adequate and found comfortable. Breakfast is great.
