The best part of this place is the location, right behind YUY Hotel at the junction of Paifang Street (Taiping Rd) and Xima Road. You can just walk a few minutes to Kaiyuan Temple, Guangji Gate and Guangji Bridge. At 5.30pm, they remove the pontoons in the middle of the bridge and at 8pm, there is a light show. Food is abundantly found in the surrounding streets. Access to this hotel is via the 2 lanes beside YUY Hotel from Paifang street or Xima Road. The boss and his wife communicate in Mandarin, so Google translate will come in handy. Before checking in, you need to inform the inn of the time of arrival so that the boss can meet you. We were given a key card and complete freedom to go in and out anytime. The place is quiet and very clean. It is also quite new. Amenities are good quality, towels and bedding all good. Perfect for an independent traveller. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and place for drying clothes on the rooftop. If you come from Chaosan train station, take bus K2 and stop at the Central Hospital opposite West Lake and walk to the inn in about 10-15mins. Make sure you have WeChat installed in your phone to communicate with the host.

這次來潮州選擇入住聚源客棧，體驗超棒。客棧位置絕佳，就在牌坊街百貨大樓旁邊的巷子裏，處於古城最中心位置。周邊景點眾多，開元寺、廣濟橋等步行2到3分鐘可達，出行十分方便。 房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，空間寬敞，讓人感覺很舒適。床品柔軟舒適，能讓人在遊玩一天後得到很好的休息。房間設施齊全，洗漱用品品質不錯，十分便捷。客棧老闆熱情好客，幫忙提行李，有問必答，服務周到。在這裏住了幾天，每天都過得很愉快，性價比超高，下次來潮州還會選擇這裏。

最近去潮州玩，住了聚源客棧的雙床房，體驗超棒！房間佈置得温馨又有特色，房間很寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，睡起來超解乏。衞生也保持得很好，一塵不染的。位置特別方便，就在古城區牌坊街的中心位置，出巷口就是西馬路美食街，各種美食，吃都吃不完，周邊的景點眾多，特別是廣濟橋和開元寺，都是步行2到3分鐘就到了，晚上出去逛吃也很愜意。老闆人超級熱情，給我們推薦了好多當地寶藏小店，讓我們吃到了正宗又美味的潮州菜。價格還很實惠，性價比超高！以後來潮州還會選擇住這裏，強烈推薦給大家！
