房間乾淨衞生，有空調、電視、拖鞋等必需品，廁所通風很好，就是洗澡會有點冷，也與天氣有關，最低温7~10°的話，會有些冷，夏天的話應該不錯。

我看了有免費送站才定的酒店，結果老闆説六點多太早了他們起不來，要八九點以後才有送站，最後不得不自己花錢打車過去，這點體驗不好

入住過程愉快，女老闆很友善，樂意給與資訊，
讓住客不難找到所需。
整個社區正在重整，路面正建設中，
地點很接近火車站。
相信日後會更繁忙，提高整区市容讓遊客方便。

離潮汕站近是很近，可惜路政方面沒有跟上。走過來人行道也沒有，拿着行李箱很不方便。好在店家有接送服務特別加分，過去一分鐘都不要就到了。洗澡熱水量大充足。附近沙溪海記牛肉大眾點評上説很好，過去吃了一下一般般，可能千人千味。

旅店很有特色：衞生間連手紙都沒放，拉完了好尷尬，老闆説一個房間衹給一包。
老闆很有個性：老闆説你覺得別的地方好那你去別的地方住。
無線網需要驗證，插座鬆動，充電都費勁。

房間乾淨整潔住一晚足夠，離站很近，老闆還免費送。價格適中，衞生還可以就是周邊沒有什麼早餐店，也可能是沒找到

每回睡醒背上就出一身汗，而且最關鍵的頭兩天住進去還沒漲價 到第三天了説潮州洪水要漲價.....原本七十九一晚上能漲的兩三百......

總的來説還可以的，性價比高。隔壁家就有充電樁加5分，方便。一個人住空間也足夠。床品一般，衞生間的裝修就是普通家庭標準。好像沒有電梯。75_65。
