Lavande Hotel (Near Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station and Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport) recensioner

This hotel is near Chaoshan Railway Station, around 5 minutes drive. The hotel is clean, they also offer free transport to the station and Jieyang Airport. All the staffs are friendly.

It's a great hotel in this areas. Clean, neat and near the bullet train station. The front desk staffs are friendly but not "well trained" to provide assistants to tourists. Overall, It's great!

A very decent place with great service from reception and helping us as being new to China. Yes there is a laundry with washing machine not can't find dryer 😒. Breakfast was decent but not spectacular. The only thing is the toilet compartment, it's very small, I am only 1.64 m. and it's tight for me. It's the design of the hotel no fault of all the friendly staff. Location very good if railway station and airport is important to you. If not, quite a distance from attractions. So my advice choose wisely.

Hotel is 4mins drive away from the ChaoShan Station. We took the pre booked free shuttle to the station, the service is punctual and good. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants and mini mart, very convenient. The room is spacious and the bed is firm and comfortable, the air conditioner is accurate and cozy. The toilet and bathroom is of good standard, the towels are thick and comfortable. room is quiet. Included breakfast buffet is adequate and of good quality. Dinner we ate in a local mutton soup stall opposite, cost about RMB 50 per person, very reasonable Price of HKD370 during CNY is very reasonable too.

During 1January 2025 trip to our ancestral village in Shaxi Town to attend our relative’s wedding event , my party of 4 stayed at Lavande Hotel .We flew in from Xiamen and took hi speed train to ChaoShan station and only our relatives ferried us to Lavande Hotel in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is boutique sized and hotel interior inclusive of the rooms are modern and pleasant . Front office staff are polite and helpful ,housekeeping is adequate and breakfast is simple with cook to order noodle soup

The hotel is located not far away from the express train station and the hotel can arrange a shuttle bus to receive guests from the train station. The hotel room is clean and spacious, but the only thing I dislike is about the smoking smell, which is quite strong, even we turned on the air-conditioning.

Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Good services with free high speed train transfer.

first time stayed here but very impressed with the hotel as the bathroom comes with soothing music as we took shower … will consider to stay here again when we come back and bonus the hotel will drop us to high speed train station 👍👍👍 hotel need to fix full size mirror my suggestion

My one night stay at this hotel is very satisfying. Excellent check in and service request from the reception. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Free and excellent transport arrangements to Chaoshan Speed Train Station. Will return and introduce to friends.

Front reception Service friendly, drivers efficient, cleaners helpful.  Breakfast is not as good.  There is a lot to improve. Bread provided but no jam, peanut butter,  butter or honey.  Only tomato sauce provided to spread on your bread. Soy milk very diluted.  There is a self service laundry which is good for those staying more nights.  The hotel provides free shuttle services to  and fro railway station

The service was excellent, our flight was delayed but the airport transfer (do arrange beforehand) waited for us and sent us to the hotel. It's a new hotel and the room was very clean and hygienic.

Excellent stay, clean rooms, near railway station and hotel pickup and dropoff at railway station.

Loved the hotel. Looked almost brand new. Very European/north american style. Great breakfast. Getting to it was a bit of a detour from the train station because it seems like the main vehicle entrance road does not have a dedicated sidewalk for pedestrians. So, we took a scenic short cut instead of going against traffic on main road. Truthfully, go against traffic as the stretch of road is small- the shirt cut was a bit 'rough'around the edges. Hotel was excellent with great breakfast options.

I visited chaozhou 潮州 for 1 day, and this is definitely the best hotel. From the airport pickup, to the front desk and the cleaning lady, everything is great and everyone is friendly and helpful. Would like to thank 林师傅 Mr Lim sending us to hotel and high speed rail station. Great service👍 highly recommend this hotel to everyone who going chaozhou.
