The hotel room is excellent good and has good views. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast has good spread too.

Thanks Yang Yang for arranging such a wonderful room for us! Both my daughter & I enjoyed 3 days stay. The morning breakfast was excellent too! I shall return & refer to my family & friends to stay @ this hotel.

Very nice and new hotel. Breakfast has good selection and great view. Close to main attractions in Chaozhou. I love the gym there!

The hotel is very close to the Guangji bridge which is famous and historic in chaozhou. The room is clean and comfortable.

Overlooking the river, modern, clean, comfortable bed, modern bath, shower and toilet, and good services. Can hear noise from neighbouring rooms though.

The hotel was good for business travellers in Chaozhou. The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were helpful and friendly, especially thanks to Jia Jia and Angel to help my booking when I needed to extend my stay.

Staff is friendly and helpful . Location is convenient But room facilities are not user friendly enough.

The room was big with spectacular view of the river. The interior design was very modern.

Around 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

Very nice hotel but on the high side pricing

This hotel view was amazing and it seems to be the best hotel in Chaozhou. The bed was a king bed but 2 full beds put together which made a huge hump in the middle. Very uncomfortable especially if you sleep closely with your partner, or sleep in the middle of the bed. Other than that everything to get around seems to be a bit difficult since it’s not very accessible to the majority of road. At night it’s very hard to get a didi or taxi so beware. Other than that it’s one of the best in town.
