At the moment of check-in, the staff welcomed me with a refreshing welcome drink, and I appreciate that level of hospitality. The room was clean and equipped with helpful amenities for a traveler. The beachfront location with a breathtaking ocean view was exactly what I needed for my vacation, which I indeed enjoyed.

The place is wonderful great architecture nice scenery sparkly clean, beautiful pools and an amazing beach right in front of the luxury oceanfront suites. There was nothing that upset us during this trip, everything was wonderful. Honeymoon is a special occasion and we wanted something that will relax us so we chose the Luxury oceanfront suites with the private panoramic pool overlooking the Aegean. What we loved the most was The Champagne on our balcony and the oysters and caviar.

The Alia was unlike anything I could have imagined. The service, the scenery, the food, and the atmosphere were only something that we thought existed in books or movies. Every moment was incredible and the people who worked there were the nicest people we have ever met. Nothing will ever compare to Alia Rhodes, and my husband and I are so thankful that we were able to experience it. An amazing place with great service. The personnel is extremely polite and pays attention to detail. The Gym is great for a bit of work out and the roads are also nice for jogging if you don’t want to use the machines in the Gym.

My wife and I celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary at the Alia Rhodes. We spent 8 nights and wish it could’ve been A month! The service was beyond perfect. Our over sw3im up junior suite was great. Of course i was there with the most beautiful woman in the world so that didn’t hurt; but the hotel was exceptional. Our trip package was for 8 nights and included the following items by our travel company: Flights to/from London, an upgraded villa, a couples massage, breakfast and dinners each day.

This place is perfect to stay for you if you support exploitation - The staff is recruited from 3rd world countries via the agency that has the same owner - They work 8 hours everyday 6 days a week and receive barely 600€ per month, the A/C is turned off at staff accommodation and they pay 50€ every month if they wanna rent a standing fan. As was mentioned before, the owner is rude even to his staff and they cannot do much, because if they'd decide to leave they must pay 450€ fine (+200€ fee the agency asks from their first salary) to the company for leaving early + flight tickets to their country where they live (which could be 200€ or even more)

What a great vacation! Our beach front villa was amazing and private. Service was great. Activities awesome. We enjoyed chatting with the bartender (sorry forgot his name) He's aspiring to be a pilot. We'll be back! Food was great and cocktails amazing.

We just got back from an 8 day stay. Yes, we were caught in the lockdown and were unable to get off the hotel to dive, etc. It forced us to adapt so here is what we did: lots of drinking, sunning, massages every single day, and world class eating at the restaurant. The effort that goes into service like this is just extraordinary. Your own waiter is a great perk and ours was very helpful in getting us situated and sorted. But the entire place bends over backwards to accommodate and please. With that said, here are my observations after having been to Rhodes twenty years ago vs. now: the place has become very commercialized. When we left we felt like we were leaving friends. When you can name the staff by name from bartender to hostess to waiter to spa staff to waiter to general manager you know something strange just happened. Visit The hotel you will thank me at the end unless you are a moaner that nothing can save us.

The Alia in Rhodes is an iconic luxury hotel set in some of the most breathtaking place we have ever seen The colors in the water are indescribable! Literally amazing. Castles, Clear skies sandy beaches. Riding our bikes through the grounds after breakfast, jumping off our deck at sunrise, seeing Stingrays swim past us, fresh cocktails while watching an hour long sunset - it is all so magical! This is our second trip here and we plan to come every year but it is not because of the views. We will be coming for the heart and soul of the Alia - the people who work here! The amount of staff who greeted us by name and remembered us from the year before was astonishing. We felt so incredibly welcomed by the familiar smiling faces staring with our fantastic waiter Diana who remembers every detail of our stay and recreated it.

Stayed here for our 20th anniversary and it was the best traveling experience we've had. We had wanted to go to Rhodes for long time and had built it up so much, but I'm happy to say that this experience even exceeded our expectations. It's really hard to nail down just a few things when they did everything right, but I'll do my best. The location, the water, the amenities, the staff, the food, the activities...all of it. We left one time for a snorkeling expedition, but stayed on the property the entire time we were there otherwise. I can't not talk about the staff here as well, as they are just as great as the views are. Everyone spoke great English and was nothing but courteous and helpful. This hotel is really great don’t let people say different it is simply not true. Alia is just in the middle of the island and is the best place to have a relaxing holiday.

This place was gorgeous and a perfect vacation everyone that worked there was so nice and ready to help you when needed it made the experience so much better with them. The rooms have everything you could imagine and if not the hotel will provide it for you. Zan was the amazing person of the hotel fixing everything that was aske from him in no time. The place is extremely clean, the staff is very courteous and the food is amazing. Cocktails are great too. This Caribbean style hotel in Greece provides a really unique experience at reasonable prices.

Alia Luxury Suites is not only a gorgeous property but the staff is highly trained on service. We came for our honeymoon and had an excellent time. We had a swim up junior suite. Since it was our honeymoon, they were courteous enough to give us complimentary champagne in our room and some desserts. Our flight there was delayed and the staff was totally flexible and responsive about rescheduling our transfer to the hotel. The big plus was that they give you bikes so you can cruise around Haraki or go for some exercise. In terms of food the restaurant was great with amazing food and great service. The Waiters are from all over the world and they are doing their best to accommodate the needs of all the clients. Lastly speaking to service, we were checking out and my husband realized he forgot his phone in the room Marina was kind enough to go there and get it for him. Only thing to be aware of is prices, food and drinks and that you need to TIP – For example a cocktail is 12 euros and a dish starts from 22 euros if you font have meals includes. The sunbeds for 2023 is 30 euros per umbrella. Put this in your mind before you go to Alia so you can prepare with money and have a great time. I loved the Champagne and Lobster dinner we had. Apparently form 2023 they are making a restaurant at the seafront just serving Lobsters.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alia Rhodes Hotel. The facilities, villas, and service were all top-notch. The service was consistently excellent throughout. As opposed to American service which is brighter and more "confident," this property follows a more laid-back, calm European style for service. Something I was pleasantly surprised about were the communication skills of the staff team. Best restaurant is the beach taverna with fresh fish, lobsters and traditional tastes.The beach was pretty awesome and I cant wait to see the new beach they are making in Alia. The Alia Rhodes Hotel is a very fine property. It's impossible to have an even remotely bad time at this location. While there is room for improvement, this property is still a pearl for Rhodes. I cant wait to see the new beach and each property they are mazing with the oceanfront villas!

A Sparkly clean amazing hotel with breathtaking beauty, lush landscapes, azure waters. The Alia Luxury Suites hotel in Rhodes excelled in offering a lovely experience in paradise during our five days. Like all new guests, we were given a tour by Hotel Receptionist which showed us where the beach is and the different buildings restaurants and pools. The hotel is stunning and Super Clean, there are people cleaning the hotel multiple times per day. Even our room was cleaned twice PER DAY. Incredible. The breakfast is delicious and the Dinner for the buffet has a lot of choices for everybody to eat. I cannot believe that there are people complaining about the food. The two Lady chefs were preparing every day amazing dishes for all of us and they were always trying to accommodate all the requests.

We were welcomed at Alia like family. Our stay was fantastic and the amenities were great . The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. The pool and beach bar was a great place to relax with snacks cocktails and beer galore . Filitsa and her staff made us some amazing cocktails and the kitchen churned out some incredible meals. Overall this place is highly recommended. A special thanks to Filitsa who was an incredible host along with Indira , Sam , Ruffina and Stelios at the restaurant.
