Vacation in style at this family friendly, spacious 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with heated pool which sits along the Zephyr Canal, which is the widest canal in South Gulf Cove and lots of boats going by to enjoy sitting in the lanai looking out the panoramic lanai screen with unobstructed views or on the 80' paved deck and wood dock at the seawall. Home is also located on a quiet side street culdesac great for walks and bike rides in the area. Split Floor Plan- Master Bedroom suite offers soaking tub and large shower on one side of the home and the other 2 generously sized bedrooms and full bath located on the other side of the home for additional privacy for you and your family/friends/guests. The master bedroom offers access through sliding doors to and overlooking the lanai/pool/canal. A bonus room off the kitchen offers a pull out queen sofa which can also be used as a den/office also offers access through sliding doors to the pool area. There is also another room off the kitchen with a futon and french doors for use as a 4th bedroom. Basically there are 5 areas which can be used for sleeping to accommodate 9 guests. The pool area overlooks a canal which attracts many of Florida's wildlife including birds, many types of fish, wild pig and even alligators. You are welcome to use your fishing equipment, but, please practice catch and release. The canals are wide and lead to the Interceptor Waterway that runs the entire length of the community. The water is brackish and home to many species of fish including redfish, snook, trout, ladyfish, sheepshead, snapper as well as some decent sized tarpon and large mouth bass. Blue crabs are very big and abundant here as well. After a full day of fishing, sunbathing and/or touring the area relax on the comfortable furnishings of the living room while kids watch movies or play games in the living room or den.
