A desk area is located adjacent to the nook. The living room with screened-in lanai provides an unbeatable view overlooking a stunning nature preserve with truly incredible sunset views each evening (and beautiful views of Florida’s native wildlife). Cable, Wifi internet are included with Washer/Dryer inside unit. Heritage Landing offers a plethora of Amenities including 3 heated resort-type pools, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, spa, an 18 hole golf course with tee times requested day of play. Golfing is first come first served member of the public. You can also enjoy a delicious meal at one the on-site restaurants. You may also want to explore Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas.
