Place is a dump. Outside office. Lots of shady characters. Parking lot activity all night. Bathroom ceiling peeling, cracked. Couch covered with a sheet. Spots on the bedspread. Burn marks on the tub.

Black mold forming in the upper corner of the bathroom, and all over the ceiling of the bed area. Room smells musty and damp. Other guests were talking, loudly, all night long!!!!!! Sheets had hair and what looked like cigarette ash. If I could give this zero rating, I would. Do not stay here. Please, if you can take anything from all of the reviews on this place, just don't stay here. Literally, pay the extra money, it is actually worth it. We minimized our time at the place to avoid being in the room longer than we needed to. Any locals, contact the health department since that really looks like black mold.

Old tired and dirty. No breakfast despite what we were told when checked in. Area could be perceived as dangerous. Puddled water everywhere due to property maintenance issues. Some occupants are semi-permanent. AC worked and that was good.

I did not actually end up staying here, but I booked a 2 night stay via Choice Hotel. I needed to change the reservation the day before and was told by Choice Hotel customer service that it was past the reservation cancelation deadline. They said that I would need to contact the hotel directly and that they would submit a request to the hotel for me stating that I needed to cancel it and why. When I called the hotel, the front desk worker told me that he could not find my reservation and that it must be at another location. I verified the address with him, but he continued to insist that I did not have a reservation with them. He then told me that I made the reservation and I needed to cancel it. I told him that's what I was doing as Choice Hotel told me to call him directly to cancel. He repeated the same line and then hung up on me. I would never EVERY stay at this hotel with service like that.

Made you stand out in 40 deg weather at 415pm bc you had to use night window. Looked like this was for all time. Had pet. Nowhere except at the window was it said that $100 was deposit and $20/day must be paid in cash. Not even coffee was available in office or in room. Heat was not turned on and took hours before it was comfortable. so was dissapointed
