Room was super small even though I booked the “bigger” king bedroom. Was very comfortable. We only stayed for 6 or 7 hours on our way through Charlotte NC. So for a place to just sleep, it was great.

I have stayed here a couple times I didn't enjoy myself because most of the shops were closed or gone. And that was the thing that attracted me to them.

Overall, it was a good stay. Being near everything was a bonus. The hotel is located in the EpiCenter, so if noise is going to bother you, I wouldn’t recommend it. The staff were friendly, and the room itself was very clean. The only downfall would be that we didn’t have a microwave, and going downstairs from the 10th floor was not ideal.

The bed and the pillows were not super comfortable. Definitely a little dated but I know the epicenter/queen city quarter has struggled since the pandemic. It was fine for the one night that we stayed.

Hotel overall is very dirty. The air conditioning did not work wet well. The hallways are a sauna. What they called a breakfast is day old doughnuts. Staff was nice but hotel is dirty. Would not go again.

Stayed for the Bad Bunny concert and was so convenient that it was down the street of the arena. Walkable area in downtown. Rooms were clean and they gave a free water bottle!

Sedge at the front desk has been nothing but a great host!
He has made me and my wife’s stay at aloft feel like I’m right at home.
