Customer service was top notch! From kitchen,valets cleaning staff all the way to the front desk! Sasha was extremely helpful and courteous! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I was traveling with my elderly mother and she loved her stay as much as I did.

Overall would stay here again. Pros: Comfortable beds, very clean room, decent breakfast and great staff at breakfast, amazing view from 11th floor, perfect location and plenty to do and eat within walking distance. Cons: frosted glass sliding bathroom door that is not useful/ private for staying in a room with 6 people, no bathroom fan, not enough bedding for couch/ trundle, parking ranges from $25-$40 :( , bar area opens after 5 pm and it’s not somewhere I’d care to visit (I was sitting in the lobby and the bartender was VERY loudly flirting/cackling with 2 men and everyone else that came through there quickly left, she was not friendly or very helpful, had no menu, etc.), room total was $290 + $25 to self park. They actually also charged me an additional $40 for valet parking, but they removed it when I spoke up.

Walking distance from a lot of different types of food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will be staying here next time in Charlotte

The room was great but could’ve used a little repair. Found another guests Cheetos empty bag on the bottom of the nightstand and the desk had several burn marks and nicks.

Beautiful hotel… that staff for May 19th at the front desk was a bit rude when asking them a question, which you feel uncomfortable to ask questions...but the room was clean and the bathroom is nice, great view … breakfast is good but not great… no waffle or pancakes just eggs and two different types of sausage that’s for buffet style

First off, the bathroom door would not shut/lock. With 4 people in the room it was a bit awkward. Secondly, the noise level was so loud. Between people in the hallway, the room on the other side of the wall, and the parking garage, it was something all night long. We were lucky if we slept half the time we should have.
3rd, they charged me $40 for parking after we’d already paid $25 at arrival, however once I called they said it will be refunded.
The only plus side was the convenience to the spectrum stadium for a concert we were attending. The breakfast was ok, but some of the food was lacking, although there were several choices.
