Really good hotel to stay outside of the city of La Rochelle. The train station right next door, ten mins to the city centre. 2min walk to the beach and sea. Nice promenade with bars and restaurants. Very cool hip decor and very charming team of staff. Recommended.

The hotel is right opposite the station but they aren’t any trains during the night and even the few daily trains can’t be heard. Easy access to the beach, casino and loads of restaurants as we can walk across the lovely park nearby. Very quite area although close to everything! The decor is absolutely beautiful thanks to the owner’s interior decoration skills! The terrace is front of the hotel is ideal to take a coffee or a drink at anytime of day… their croissants are delicious and their « planche degustation » is the perfect snack if you don’t fancy a big lunch. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin . The owners are super friendly and we loved our stay!

Nice little hotel just next to the trainstation of Châtelaillon-Plage, with free parking for hotel guests. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Train to La Rochelle: 15 min. Good simple breakfast. Charming getaway for a long weekend! Wonderful. Thank you.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Victoria. The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly and hospitable. We had no problem communicating with them in English. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great experience in a nice renovated family hotel not far from the beach (just a little walk distance through a park with pine trees) and an excellent continental breakfast, we will come back with pleasure !

We have over the years used a variety of small hotels in this lovely seaside town and without a doubt this hotel was the most pleasant and comfortable. The proprietors are friendly and endeavour to provide a great service. The room was very well decorated and clean. There is no lift to the upper floors which could be a problem for some. The front covered terrace with comfortable seating and drinks served was a great location to relax and read a book. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with the normal variety of items. The hotels location is very good and convenient for the local shops etc but away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade in the busy season. We will certainly use this hotel again as its also one of the few with parking especially for a motorcycle.

Great stay, great hotel very well located. Comfortable and great condition. Nice host as well. Easy Check in and check out. Ideally located near the beach front and the various restaurants and shops. To recommend.

A warm welcome from the team, a perfect location and a beautiful place. The Victoria hotel was definitely the right choice for my one week stay, with a mix of (short) professional obligations and (long) escapes on the nearby beach and seaside. I will surely come back if I have the opportunity Marc

Indelicate hotel, which charged me unduly, for a problem proceeding from *********** or hotel website, and in spite of my claim, to be avoid. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend it and better say not to go there
