Silvanus Forest Retreat by Madstays, Alibaug

I stayed at Silvanus Forest Retreat for 3 nights, and it was an incredibly peaceful and refreshing experience. Surrounded by dense forest, the property offers a perfect escape into nature. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with a rustic charm. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was simple, fresh, and full of local flavors. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or just enjoy nature, this place delivers. I left feeling completely recharged and would love to return for another peaceful getaway.

We recently booked Silvanus forest retreat Hotel for a family stay, and while the hotel had some great aspects, there were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. *Issues:* 1. *Washbasin in the bathroom*: The washbasin in our room's bathroom was a bit inconveniently placed. 2. *Bathroom locks*: The bathroom locks could be improved for better security and ease of use. 3. *Room change*: We had to request a room change due to some issues, which was attended to, but it would be great if such issues could be minimized. *Suggestions:* - Improving the bathroom layout and fixtures would enhance the overall experience. - Ensuring that all rooms are thoroughly checked before check-in would help avoid room changes. *Overall:* Despite these issues, the hotel staff was helpful, and we appreciate their efforts. With a bit of attention to these details, Silvanus Hotel could provide an even more enjoyable stay for families. Rating: 3.5/5 stars We hope the hotel management takes our feedback constructively and makes necessary improvements.

Beautiful location, superb services Cooperative staff, best food, clean room. Thank you Silvanus to make my trip a memorable one. My daughter enjoyed the most. She enjoyed the private pool. She plucked mangoes. Played indoor games. The resort staff tool care of my daughter, played with her. Thank you once again Silvanus

A Nightmare Stay – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place a 0/10, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant and hotel. Restaurant – An Absolute Disaster Severely understaffed, and the few people working there clearly didn’t care. Service was beyond horrible – slow, unresponsive, and clueless. The staff showed pure ignorance towards customers, as if they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. Food? Below average would be a compliment. Tasteless, bland, and not even worth half of what they charge. Ridiculously long wait times – took an eternity for a single dish to arrive, and when it did, it wasn’t even worth the wait. Room – A Joke Mediocre at best. Nothing special, nothing worth the price. Network connectivity was terrible. Good luck trying to use the internet here. Pillows were thick, stiff, and extremely uncomfortable. Sleeping on a rock would have been better. The bed? Noisy, squeaky, and made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Every small movement felt like the entire frame was about to collapse. Overall Verdict: A Complete Waste of Money 0/10 This place is an absolute joke. The staff doesn’t care, the food is awful, the service is non-existent, and the rooms are uncomfortable. DO NOT waste your time or money here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Never coming back, and I’ll make sure others don’t either.

Poorly maintained, pest control needed. Buffet provided steal food . Not safe for the families. Local drunken non guests crowd hang out there . Not going back .not worth money. We requested refund for misleading information. We were told property sold out but wasn’t
