Beautifully curated natural space. We very much enjoyed the few days we stopped by. My mother and I loved the herb gardens and the peaceful afternoon we spent relaxing listening to the water and chatting by stream/ spring that ran on the land. The staff were charming, helpful and friendly making it feel like a family ran place. Yassin was a firm favourite with my mother & I. Our hike with ocal guide Mustapher is well recommended,

Dear Team, I wanted to share my experience from my recent stay at your hotel, as I believe feedback can help improve services. Firstly, I would like to commend you on the cleanliness of the cabin and the showers; both were well-maintained and made our stay more comfortable. However, we did encounter an issue with the water supply but it was restored within 5 minutes. I also want to extend my thanks to the receptionists for booking all the activities and for arranging the transfers to and from Tangers; it made our travel much more convenient. Unfortunately, my experience this year was not as positive as last year’s visit. While I found the food to be delicious and enjoyed the dining options, I did notice that the overall service was not as good as last year and I also faced challenges with the language barrier, particularly with one waitress who was rude and stated that she did not speak English, making communication difficult. Additionally, the absence of Wi-Fi in the room is a bit inconvenient, even though I understand the intention behind encouraging guests to disconnect. I appreciate the efforts your team makes to ensure a pleasant stay, and I hope my feedback can assist in enhancing the guest experience in the future. Best

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The description mentioned WiFi, but there was no WiFi available everywhere in the hotel. They also claimed to have parking, but in reality, they only offer a pick-up service from a public parking lot that is 30 MAD a day. Unfortunately, when we tried to use this service, no one answered our calls, and we had to walk over 1 km to reach the hotel. Additionally, the suite was advertised as having two twin beds, but they were actually sofa beds. So, you either get sofa beds or a living room—not both as expected. Overall, the experience did not live up to what was promised.

This location is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Everything is so comfortable and there are so many nooks to sit and relax. The staff is also spectacular and so kind. The rivers are beautiful and this place is a must visit in Morocco. I look forward to the day I can go back and visit.

False advertising. Very disappointing to find out that all spa facilities were closed, there is not a lot to do apart from relaxing, it is advertised that WiFi is only in common areas, however there’s no service for your phone (4G) which should also be advertised as you cannot even make calls, so you would at least expect there to be other activities and facilities for their guests. When we arrived, we were expecting to use their pool and Spa Facilities especially because we’re in the middle of nowhere and we were met with everything being out of service to use except massage which they only had a man to do. You’d think in a country such as Morocco, there would be women to give massages to women. When asked why we were not informed, they said “it’s written on our Instagram”. We booked on *******, what makes you think we’re checking your Instagram? The cherry on top of the cake is the breakfast being extremely basic, hard bread and basic minimal options. Otherwise, the views were dreamy. Absolutely beautiful, waking up to birds tweeting and flowers growing everywhere, plants and vegetables growing. It was so so beautiful. The night seating with fairy lights under the trees and tents were stunning and very relaxing.

Such an amazing place to stay. Ideal for someone interested in hiking. Would definitely recommend.
