Yuyu Free Youth Hostel (Chengde Mountain Resort) recensioner

Very friendly youth hostel in the center of Chengde. The location is excellent and you can do almost anything by feet. The bar is a nice touch as they have good beers and I was able to play dice with other guests. The atmosphere was nice and evrybody left before I went to bed at midnight. The staff is great and helpful as they allowed me to change room in order to flee a very rude guest that would listen to videos on his phone without earphones very loudly. I also was able to do my laundry for a cheap price but they could invest in more hangers.

The hostel is super trendy! Walking in, I had to make sure I was at the right place because the reception is a cosy bar! The staff did not speak English but we overcame the language barriers using WeChat. Everyone is very friendly and patient! Even the dog called 由由! The cubicle beds are more luxurious than other hostels I stayed at. They are spacious and provide almost complete privacy. I also received slippers, so it was extra cosy! The bathroom can be improved because without shower curtain even the toilet gets wet, but it is spacious enough to keep your clothes dry. This hostel is suitable for longer stays as well, especially with friends because they have many activities and games at the hostel. Reception helps with the organisation of tours to the grasslands and many other trips as well (although these tours are fully in Chinese. So some Chinese language skills are recommended). If I ever return to Chengde, then I will stay there again!

Very nice place with nice people, nice staff and good location

By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell. The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.

Great spot for a night, easy to get to all the major sights in Chengde by bus from this hostel. It is very central.

I am satisfied. For very low price I've got comfortable, clean and quiet room. Staff doesn't speak English, but is very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check-in at the middle of the night (at arround 4 AM) and they didn't charge me for that additionally.

Location is very at the heart of Chengde Service is normal you need to do your sleeping gear bully yourself room is so small I stay at 6 dorm recommend 4 dorms is better just pay a little extra This place is new and so clean It seem like the girl who in charge she focus only the bar at ground floor don’t mind anything for hotel guest

服務態度真的特別好，屬於有求必應那種。衹要你的要求前台們一定會盡量幫你達成。 地點非常方便，離避暑山莊和夜市基本步行十幾分鍾就能到。我一共住了三天，第一天來的時候不知清掃阿姨為什麼沒打掃衞生，屋裡全是灰，我自己清掃了30分鐘。上床都結了蛛網。衞生間的浴灑衹能手拿。兩人間跟四人間沒有窗。兩人間在二樓，晚上容易吵，影響睡眠，但對比了一下二人間相對空間最大。女生有一個二人間的置物櫃應該是壞了很久。樓下的貓一身反骨，狗狗很親人。沒有任何洗漱用品。樓下娛樂設施比較齊全，如圖。

對於經常出門出差的我來説，絕對是遇到了最得意的旅社，服務人員的禮貌和温暖妥妥的給我的心情治癒了，店裡看到4個人，每個人不僅有顏值，還擁有骨子裡自帶的修養，我好奇得是什麼樣的老闆培養出來這麼優秀的團隊，老闆也是年輕創業者，團隊也是活力滿滿，我心甘情願寫個評價打call，願意支持他們

入住2樓女生雙人間，自帶衞生間，上下鋪，床1.2米寬。提供乾淨床單被罩枕套一次性拖鞋。大廳是酒吧，晚上很熱鬧，喜清凈入睡要求高的謹慎預訂。據説3樓安靜（4人間，6人間）。服務熱情，在大堂幫煮熱水。附近餐廳小店多，旅舍有衹可愛的貓和大貴賓狗，脾氣都好。總之，位置好，性價比高，自在隨意的好地方。另外：0房間櫃子壞了，屋內沒有熱水壺

這次出行在這裏住了三個晚上了，這個青旅住宿很好，前台小姑娘也很熱情周到，環境衞生也很乾凈，店內有一條狗和一衹貓很出彩，下次有機會來承德還住這裏

店裡衞生特別好，環境也很不錯，溜達到避暑山莊大概十分鐘左右，周圍都是好吃的，旅社旁邊就是網紅最大的二仙居夜市，寵物特別可愛

私隱感很好，床單被罩都是新洗的，真的不錯位置好，地方乾淨，有儲物櫃，有空調熱水，店裡的狗狗很乖不叫不咬人，服務員有求必應
