Very good location within walking to distance to 春熙路 and 太古里 where plenty of restaurants and malls are located. For late night supper there is also a little street where stalls remain open deep into the wee hours.

It was a good impression the moment my parents and I arrived at the hotel with the butler meeting us and assisting to the check in. Afterwhich bringing us to the room and introducing everything about the room and adding wechat so whenever we have any issues 24hrs they will be able to assist. Room is abit aged but was maintained quite well.. recommended.

1. Disappointed a little bit as I couldn't manage to check in my room due to a room shortage as I need to return back in the late afternoon in order for me to enter the room.
2. The bathroom bathtub requires some maintenance and cleaning since it's an old hotel.
3. Informed the staff standing at the entrance asking to please inform me when my airport transfer vehicle arrive but they ignored it.

Fantastic service, beautiful building, a bit far from the city center but you already knew that. A bit of smoke smell in the lobby and very faint hint in the room. Sauna wasn't hot and the ice room wasn't working.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, with such a reasonable pricing, I think cannot get in any st regis hotel in the world, which such a price myr 500 per night.

Some blood stains on the back of the pillow, room carpets seem old. They don’t send food delivery to our room, instead they request us to pickup at the lobby.

Hotel room feels dated and you could visibly see from the facilities. Toilet could not be flushed down and it was not cleaned after fix, some delays here and there. While this happens, I still want to give credit to Front Desk Atina, June and the Housekeeping Attendant who cleaned my room, think her name is Yoyo whom had been very pleasant throughout the interaction. They made an effort to ensure you are taken care off. Thank you to above 3 team members whom turned the experience around.

Fantastic location, rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Gym facilities were very good
Breakfast was painful because there was insufficient space and we had to queue up. The food selection was also mediocre.

Location is wonderful! However being spoiled by the control panel of the lighting and curtains, as well as the slippery and slimy shower floor!! All the lights in the room keep switching on and off, with the dash board next to the bed keep making the clicking sounds continuously, until the technician disconnected the electricity supply, and at the same time I was not able to charge my mobile, what a solution!! The bulter refused to change the room with such poor equipped so called Deluxe Room. The next day the dash board changed, but the curtains were not able to open; and on the other hand, the clicking sounds from the dash board began when I started to charge my mobile, with the lights going on and off again! It sounded to me nothing was fixed!!
The buffet breakfast was quite good, serving a variety of food, however, a minority of chefs and attendants required more customer service training. For example, I was afraid that I took other guest’s omelette, so I asked what’s inside, the answer was “if you placed order from the other chef, then this is yours”, it really sounds ludicrous! On my way back to my table, I met an attendant with a cup of coffee just walked straight forward to me, I was so shocked and need to take few steps backward to avoid colliing with her. What a pity, they ruined the hard work of a majority of staff with excellent customer service.
