We were visiting some old friends here in Chengdu and couldn’t ask for a better family-friendly hotel! Booked the family room and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or laundry room, but they looked great. Even after we checked out, my daughter kept asking if we could go back to the hotel! Will definitely choose here again next time!

Clean room, convenient location with subway station nearby.

The service is good but hotel has a really weird dorm feeling. The room is so small with no ventilation.

I stayed in the XL Size Room With Two Beds, The room, shower and toilet area is modern, well-furnished and clean. Do take note the shower + toilet might have translucent walls. The service staff are very outgoing and helpful, there is also a 24h laundry service. It is within walking distance to Minle station. This will be my hotel of choice if I visit Chengdu in future.

酒店環境不錯，辦理入住的時候前台小琪服務十分周到，主動幫我升級，還引路如何兑換下午茶。房間內設施新，乾淨整潔，燒水器、儲飲櫃等細節到位。離店要求開發票時前台小 G 和小蕊服務也很好。順便一提酒店跟Tim’s 的伴生方式很有意思，在此基礎上或許可以開發出更多有意思的服務方式。

酒店床品很舒服，枕頭和床墊軟硬合適，房間內一鍵式控制燈光比較方便，不過床頭的USB插口是壞的。入住的時候恰逢情人節，酒店還特意送了一小袋鮮花，比較用心。由於第二天早晨要7點前離店，而酒店早餐正常7點開餐，和前台溝通後，酒店提前準備了一個餐盒，放到冰箱中，早上退房的時候可以打包帶走，應該説他家的服務還是很不錯的。

非常不錯的入住體驗。 📍位置：在高新區來説位置非常不錯，步行5至10分鐘可達世豪廣場/cypark/源野/地鐵站。周邊配套非常完善 🛏️設施：全屋智能化控制，房間佈局合理，硬裝質量過關，軟裝如圖。除了大部分酒店都有的標配之外，還準備了即熱飲水機/沖澡拖鞋/加濕器！！！可以説很用心了。洗漱用品品質也不錯，牙刷等一次性物料還會回收再利用♻️製作成文具用品給山區小童👍🏻 💁🏾♂️服務：服務響應及時。負一樓配有洗衣房/健身房。還有茶室/會議室。健身房設備比大部分酒店齊全，有史密斯/啞鈴架/支撐凳。如果沒時間去健身房作為健身日的過渡是夠用的。

這次出來太滿意了，感覺房間設施設備都很新，而且也很智能，超過大多數的酒店。前台的小棋和小蒲兩位帥哥服務也很貼心，酒店的健身房設備特別齊全，洗衣房也是24小時自助的，非常方便。

1.商家存在嚴重的欺詐消費者行為。房間內有電鑽機的裝修聲，十分吵鬧，但下單頁面並未進行説明，誤導消費者下單！ 2.與商家協商取消訂單，商家説保證換一間安靜的房間，結果裝修聲音一直存在，第二天早晨8點開始有很明顯的電鑽機等機器的裝修聲。打電話聯繫前台，前台説想辦法處理，但一直沒有實質效果，被逼無奈衹能先行離店。直到辦理離店，裝修聲音還一直存在。 3.商家説換房，結果新的房卡打不開房門，大半夜才找保潔人員用的萬能卡開的門。 4.酒店一樓前台寫的有夜宵服務，但是自己坐上桌準備下單時，卻被告知廚師下班。 5.房間的傳單床墊較為潮濕，暖氣出風有斷斷續續的刺鼻異味。 希望各位消費者擦亮眼睛，審慎選擇該家酒店！希望平台加強履行監管義務，不要隨便給消費者推薦所謂的“四鑽酒店”！

酒店整體設施設備不錯，乾淨衞生，臨近公交站和地鐵站，出行便利，夜宵早餐很美味，服務品質也非常好。前台小G和那誰服務非常周到細緻，是一次非常好的入住體驗呦 算得上附近不錯的酒店 值得推薦
