The hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, and the dental appliances used are disposable items. They are very safe to use and comfortable to sleep in. The facilities are complete, everything is available, and the equipment is also good, elegant. Customer service Ruby service is excellent.

In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. I would book here again.

Great hotel! Highly recommend! Friendly English speaking staff who helped make our trip a memorable one. The breakfast is awesome! Wide variety of food, Western and Chinese, to choose from. The room we stayed in was big and clean with comfortable beds. Thank you to Echo, who checked us in and gave us one extra free breakfast. And thank you to Alan and his team for awesome service during breakfast! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chengdu!

I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again. The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay. Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services. Echo is the best person to speak to for advices on the choices of attractions to visit. He could even provide details on tourist locations beyond the city realm and gives you the perfect guide to time your journey as well as relevant information on far-away tourist sites. Thousand thanks to him as it made my holidays all the more merrier!

房間面積有五六十個平方也很大，適合親子行李多的。落地玻璃窗和浴缸旁邊的窗户都非常大，視野光線很棒，特別感謝禮賓部和餐飲部。禮賓部每次打車回來都有人員幫我們開後備箱拿嬰兒推車行李出來，在得知我們人數多，帶着小朋友有行李不方便的情況下，我們住晚數比較多，就給我們升級送我們到高鐵站。第二個感謝的是餐飲部。有兩天吃早餐時詢問我們需要一點問新鮮的肉類給一歲的小朋友做輔食，主廚就幫我們安排後廚切些肉片，煮好後給我們。服務太好了，下次到成都親子旅行還選這家酒店

我在這裏住了6個晚上，房間確實不錯，乾淨衞生，設施也很齊全，我這裏給服務1星主要是因為沃放在房間裏的東西被清潔人員當垃圾扔掉了，和酒店溝通得到的客房部經理的答覆就是去找過了沒有找到，抱歉2個字，因為丟失的物品是廟裡請來的，所以又再去廟裡重新請，本來原計劃回程衹能再耽誤一天，而這一天住宿的費用是自己掏錢購買的，後來和攜程溝通後攜程人員仔去和酒店溝通也無效，攜程很負責，最後還是攜程給了我一定的補償，我認為作為洲際酒店旗下的品牌，服務人員的培訓工作是不到位的，房間清理中至少要看下袋子裏的東西再決定是垃圾還是客人的物品吧，而客房經理那個男的對於客户的溝通和危機公關也是顯得沒有能力，直接導致了客户對於酒店的印象大打折扣！

這家酒店是新開的，環境好、早餐豐富、房間佈局合理。我在網上預訂酒店以後，管家Ruby第一時間聯繫到我，詢問是否帶小朋友有沒有什麼需求，很貼心的管家。而且幫我免費升級了房間，連續住了兩個晚上，下次來成都繼續入住。

酒店環境及交通都很好，Ruby 的服務跟周到，還沒入住前就會問你的喜好，按照你的喜好給你安排房間，有什麼問題諮詢，都會第一時間給你反饋，酒店的房間很大，設施很完善

對成都天府皇冠假日酒店的服務、裝修、房間設施與舒適度超出我的想象，第二次入住了，還是那麼的温馨，特別是人文和人員服務，每次都那麼賓至如歸！經理Ruby全面的服務和關懷與支持，讓我很感動，下次來成都，一定還要入住，並推薦給好朋友。
