NICESOE Hotel (Chengdu Hongpailou Branch) recensioner

Jag upptäckte det plötsligt efter att jag tappade något under sängen. Rumshygienen var mycket dålig. Detta är den första dåliga recensionen efter att ha bott på flera hotell. Jag hoppas att de relevanta tjänsterna och utbildningen av städpersonalen kan förbättras, men personalen i receptionen är mycket entusiastisk.

The staff were very helpful, the air conditioning in the room was a bit off, but the staff came up to clean it for me and it was very comfortable, the staff came up to help immediately, the room was very good, upgraded, will stay here again next time. Very good.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. They went above and beyond by providing extra toiletries upon request and even extended my checkout time without any hassle. As a thoughtful gesture, they surprised me with souvenirs at checkout, which made my experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!

This hotel is good , new effort able price, staffs cannot speak English but they try to explain and helpful, the maid is nice. The Room is 13th floor . The lobby is at the first floor the building outside is good but the inside is old. I think they just renovated. Overall good, reasonable price.

It was better than my imagination.

We stayed for one nite in NICESOE hotel. Then the next two nights we went to Jiuzhaigou. The good thing about NICESOE hotel was they allowed us to put our luggages at the storage (front desk) so we didn't have to bring our many and heavy luggages to Jiuzhaigou. Nice. Later on we came back from Jiuzhaigou, and stayed for one more night in Chengdu at NICESOE hotel. Our luggages were safely kept in the hotel. Thank you NICESOE hotel for the luggage storage policy. Thanks to all front desk staffs, especially Yang An An, who was very welcoming to us even though we checked in very late (about 11pm). BTW, you can rent electric Tuktuk to bring your luggages back and forth between the hotel and Hongpailou station at very cheap fees.

Good hotel but service wasn't brilliant, we asked for the toilet to be fixed on the first day and they didn't fix until our final day, we stayed for around 10 days.

It was a nice experience staying here! The hotel was still under renovation, but apart from the outside and the elevator, you won't notice! The room was big, shower and toilet where seperated, the bathroom was clean. The room smelled a bit like cigarette, but it was not too bad. Apart from that, the room was really clean too and very comfortable, for that price I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind walking 5-10min to the subway! The staff was really nice and helpful too.

The hotel is nice and clean, space is huge inside and the price of this hotel is reasonable.

Has laundry room, AC, clean and quiet, best hotel so far in China.

The room is big and nice, the environment is actually good, and the front desk service is very good. ! The room has the kind of ambiance I like.

When I checked in, the receptionist upgraded my room, which was really nice. I had a pleasant stay, and the room had all the amenities needed. There is a gym, foosball table, and laundry, which was free to use. Thank you once again for upgrading our room 🙏.
