Sfeel Designer Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li IFS)

I lost my cap and realized I lost it around 1:00 AM. 🥹 The staff at that time helped me find it. She checked the CCTV and even contacted the train station to help me out. Eventually, when I contacted Amap’s customer service, they asked me what I lost and what ride I took where I thought I lost it. They confirmed the details and said they contacted the driver who told them he had seen my hat. The hotel’s staff helped me negotiate with the driver because it was a Chinese number, I really didn’t know what to do without her. It was already after 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM, and I wasn’t sure if I would even get it back because of the time, but eventually, with the help of the staff and the driver, I got it before I left around 5:00 AM for my flight. This is the best assistance I have ever received from a hotel. 🥹 Thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. That cap means a loooot to me, so thank you! 🥹 And to the other staff who upgraded our room because they noticed we had a lot of luggage, thank you also! This was really a great stay! Throughout our trip, Chinese people have been so kind to us. They have been helping us a lot. This is one of the reasons I want to go back. Thank you! The location is also very nice because it’s so close to Taikoo Li, making it easy to get around if you want to go shopping or just visit the famous attractions. They also offer laundry services, so if you’re staying for a long time and need more clothes this place is the perfect fit. The service is 1000% the best! Highly recommend! 😭😭♥️

Only that the room cleaning on my last day of stay was incomplete when I returned back to the hotel at night, and cleaner forgotten and left her room card behind. Overall I'm happy with the hotel, it was peaceful during my stay.

Clean and super great location. recommended for people who traveled to Chengdu! absolutely amazing and all the staffs are very helpful.
