Some real thoughts I have for the hotel(Not so good part):
1) Idk how wrong order can be delivered together with my parcels using the robot to my room. Hopefully the management can improve on this.
2) The pointers for using the different electric appliances such as air con and the lights, not labelled, so it's quite messy when guests try to use them.
3) Instead of normal cups, they provided us with paper cups instead, maybe cos trying to save planet earth? But paper cup may not be the best when using it to gargle after brushing teeth. Maybe could specify first under the hotel amenities in trip.com
4) Multiple hotels share the lifts, so it gets very busy during peak period, might need to wait for minutes before the lift gets down.
Good Part:
1) Staff were pretty nice, tried asking for a room upgrade, but got rejected due to full room. But it was kind of them to try upgrading the room for me.
2) Taking your special request as much as possible before the stay in the hotel. I told them that I would want a quiet room, and they really did arrange a quiet room due to renovation work caring out in a side building, had a notice sign at the front desk and will also verbal tell guests as well about the issue. Would also use translation tool to ensure you understand everything and also more than willing to serve you if you have any questions.
Overall the stay here has been pretty good, staff at the front counter tries their best to help you solve issue. Although recently opened/renovated, still feels there is much to improve for amenities as well as staff management.
