Novotel ChengDu Chunxi Road

I stayed one night after back from Siguniang trip and mostly recommended free laundry on 13th floor with all free cleaning stuffs and ironing. For my case, I asked front desk service to support during leaving to dinner around IFS area. After all cleaned up, staff notified me on WeChat promptly and keep in my room. That's really good service I recommend you guys for stay with comfy rooms and good service. They also provided welcome fruits and souvenir Panda hand fan. Nearby hotel also good location for grocery shops and Fast food restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway, the main shopping street with IFS, and bus stops. The hairdryer and clothes steamer in the room are absolutely top-tier. Breakfast has a great variety of both Western and Asian options. Everything is super fresh—they put out small batches and refill them as needed. There’s also a small gym and a laundry room on-site.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Novotel Chunxi Road is in a perfect location in the city centre. Staff were very attentive to our requests and happily introduced the hotel’s ongoing breakfast promotion as soon as we checked in. How we enjoyed the western food options and Chengdu local breakfast varieties! Yum yum! Must mention the view from the dining hall overlooking the city is stunning! Room was spotless and the hairdryer was small and powerful, which provided much efficiency if you are on the go to sightsee the beautiful Chengdu! Mr Huang Xin from the customer service team helped courier our forgotten items to us, we could not thank him enough. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at Novotel in Chengdu during our recent trip and really enjoyed it! The location is super central, and paired with inexpensive Didis for transport we were never further than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to visit. It’s also right across from the water, which makes for a great location for casual evening strolls with the city night view across the channel. The room itself was spacious, pristine, and very comfortable (SUPER comfy sheets). The staff were at times very busy, but they were always very pleasant in our interactions (I was travelling with Chinese speaking in-laws, but the plethora of translation apps should solve this gap). Breakfast was among the better ones we had during our trip (which also encompassed Chongqing and Zhangjiajie).

“Our family had a great stay at Novotel ChengDu Chunxi Road. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit, especially Yuany, who was very helpful with all of our needs and made our stay even better. The breakfast had many good options and was a great way to start the day. We also really appreciated having washers and dryers available on-site, which made traveling with family much easier. The room was clean, modern, and the high-tech toilet was a very nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay again!”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel. The rooms were remarkably spacious and clean. One detail we especially appreciated was the layout of the bathroom—having the toilet, shower, and washroom separated made the space very functional. The entire staff was wonderful, but we would like to give a special shoutout to Oliver from the front desk. He was available via WeChat throughout our stay and was incredibly helpful with tips and recommendations. His proactive communication made our trip much smoother!
