JI Hotel (Chengdu Taiguili Chunxi Road Center Branch)

The hotel exceeds our expectations 👍👏 from our arrival to departure 🙂 we arrived in the early hours around 4am, due to flight changes. The hotel staff did a great check in for us, and quickly provided a room for the elderly so that they can go up to rest 👍  When we went into our room, it was so modern looking and clean. All facilities in the room are in great working condition, the bed and toilets were superb. The elderly like the hotel 👍 we also used did our laundry in the laundry room, which was pretty easy to use. So we brought back more than 10 days of clothes clean & smelling nice. Also managed to pick up some online purchases in the hotel..thankful that the staff helped to coordinate the purchases 👏 A wonderful hotel to stay in. Will look for its chain of hotel when visiting other cities in China 😉

Our family of four, including two kids, had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room was perfect for the kids to play around. There are also great shopping and food options nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Chengdu again.

Breakfast could start a bit earlier at 6am. Other that that, the food was nice and healthy.

Nice new feeling hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Decent amenities. Nice dining table with teaset. Proper blackout curtains in room, although they made a very strange decision to put motion sensor nightlights under the beds which we had to cover to avoid waking our child up. Convenient location though traffic can be jammed with lots of one way roads nearby. That applies the whole inner city though. Their name does not lineup with the correct location in Didi so we were initially dropped off at the wrong Ji Hotel so beware when ordering or just doubly confirm it's the one adjacent to Voco. They also checked us into the wrong type of room on the first night though we arrived so late we didn't question it until the next day.

My experience with the hotel was fantastic. Firstly, the room I booked for looked exactly what you see on the website. The room is spacious and very very clean with a pleasant fragrance in the air once you step into the lobby. Secondly, it's their service, the reception staff are all very friendly and helpful in every way especially 帅哥 who helped us to book Didi to the railway station and make sure we board the car safely. We will definitely choose to stay here if we come back to Chengdu again.
