Really great hotel. We got to enjoy a beautiful view from our balcony and a spacious room with everything you could ask for.

Hotel located in a quiet area, only at night there will be music, from the lan Kwai Fong area. I am used to the noise in Hong Kong, so not a problem for me. Room was very generous for two person. Everyday will be cleaned and the laundry room is a big plus. The ladies are very helpfull and made it a nice stay in Chengdu. 15min walk and you will be in the shopping streets in the center.

Very convenient for those visiting Chengdu. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the river and city, especially at night. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended for your stay — you can also leave your luggage here before your flight. ถ้าอยากได้เวอร์ชันที่เป็นทางการยิ่ง

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden House in Chengdu, particularly as the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The views from the room were fantastic and it’s very easy to get everywhere quickly in a DiDi from the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room itself was very nice since we had a big outdoor area. The only slight drawbacks were that we could hear quite some noise from the street (there are a few local bars nearby that have loud music) and some parts of the room weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. However we’d recommend staying here to anyone coming to Chengdu!

Great location, staff were very helpful and kind. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment as we were up early to go out to pandas, would recommend!

We were very happy with our stay in this hotel. We picked it because of the location and the view, both were great. We also loved the terrace. Due to the nightlife close by it can be noisy at night, however earplugs could be found at the bed side. In general we were provided with all necessities. The service was very welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed! Thanks to Xiao Liu!

Superb hotel and friendly staff..about 20 mins walk to Taikooli and IFS..definitely will come back and stay again~ super love the Jap style room ❤️

Room was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, around 10 minutes car rides to popular attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful in providing the amenities we requested. Breakfast was served on the 14th floor rooftop, with a view of the famous Anshun Bridge. We were greeted by 2 cute birds nearby the entrance

Was a great choice staying at the Hidden House, definitely would recommend. Room was tidy with lots of space, attentive staff and location wise found it really convenient to get around. There is laundry facilities and also a rooftop space with views of the river. Breakfast every day was also super delicious. Want to thank Xiao Liu and everyone at the hotel for their hospitality!

The view from the balcony room is just amazing. Slightly noisy area (it's located right in front of a night club area). Friendly staff but tidiness could be improved. Breakfast is just ok. The elevator is old an a bit scary...

I came to Chengdu for the first time with my family. I was looking for a hotel for a long time until I found this place. Everything was very good. My mother liked the room and the smell of the place. The accommodation is easy to find something to eat. And it's very close to tourist attractions like Anchun Bridge. The surrounding atmosphere is very quiet and suitable for exploring. The staff is lovely and very friendly.

Booked this hotel last minute for our business trip and didn’t regret anything during our stay here. Super loved the ambiance, the interiors, the breakfast, and most importantly - their hospitality. Needed help with booking rides and the hotel staffs were always very enthusiastic in assisting. Thank you to the team for giving us a very memorable stay. Will definitely come back here when I visit Chengdu again. 🩷

We had a wonderful stay at The Hidden House in Chengdu! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful — always ready to assist us with anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was perfect: spacious, spotless, and equipped with every comfort we could have hoped for. The view over the city from our window was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The location is also ideal — right in the heart of Chengdu, making it super easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions on foot or by metro. And we can’t forget to mention the breakfast: it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay at The Hidden House again!

Very good view, especially at night. Cozy balcony, and very aesthetic room. Noisy outside, but it's OK if you close the door. Memorable experience! And nice complementary foot bath.
