It was such a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. I’m truly impressed and delighted with Ms. Lily’s exceptional service. My last-minute request to prepare birthday flowers was handled with remarkable speed, professionalism, and genuine care. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and made the celebration extra special. Thank you for your warmth, attentiveness, and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Hope to see you again soon!

Highly recommend hotel, room was clean, tidy and big. Perfect location. Breakfast was good. All of hotel staff from the doorman, receiption and others too were so nice and helpfull.

1st trip to Chengdu and stayed in Niccolo. Wonderful front desk service who offered many help and advice during our stays. Very clean environment and nice food. Location is very convenient too for travelling around. Definitely will revisit again

We stayed at Niccolo Chengdu from 25th to 27th and was impressed by its excellent location, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff, especially Amber, were incredibly helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. However, one surprise for me was that the toilet bowl cover wasn't heated, so cold for my B*** which is something I’ve come to expect even in some 3-star hotels…..

The hotel is great and in the middle and hive of activities in Chengdu, centre of shops and foods are. More importantly, the service of Niccolo staff are attentive, friendly and awesome pro active attitudes. Particular mention to the Duty Mgr, Mia for her attentiveness and help during my stay. 5 stars to all at Niccolo!

Service was good. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom products smells very soothing. The only thing I don’t like is the tap has separate cold/hot water control. But it’s not a big problem!
