A pleasant stay with mercure chengdu taikooli.. room is clean with free mini bar which replenish daily.. the breakfast spreads are decent.. front desk staffs are friendly and patient... location is good as it is within walking distance to chunxi road

For a 4star hotel has everything that you need. Location:perfect Breakfast: international and traditional Room: we had a room for 2adult and 1 child with a queen bed and single bed, spacious enough The girls from the reception were very helpful , they helped us also with the take away Breakfast because of early departure They don't speak to much english but with WeChat translate or Google translate everything is very easy.

Close to lot's of eating place and shopping mall. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Enjoy my stay and thanks for a 🦝 gift!

The location is perfect for exploring Chengdu. There are lots of food eateries nearby, taking didi is very easy. Walking distance to ChunXi Road shopping district. Hotel Service is perfect, from the checking to out. Room cleanliness is great. Hotel staff service is superb. Free drinks provided at the lobby at any time. Room service is prompt. I highly recommended travellers to this hotel when coming to Chengdu.

The breakfast is rich, delicious, and tasty. But unfortunately and expected, its not HALAL so I only took salad, bread, egg and potatoes. There is a children's playground and luggage storage is free. The mini bar inside the room is FREE and can ask to top anytime. The facilities are complete. The laundry room and gym on the 29th floor, the front desk is enthusiastic and quick. Liliana helped us and send us some good eating tips. Liliana also upgraded our room and helped us check in early at 10am. She prepared for us a fruit basket too. There is a Halal restaurant just outside our hotel beside the Ibis entrance. We will choose to stay in the hotel next time.

Great location ,walking distance to Chunxi road. TaiGuLi .and the museums.Great services. Also give ice cream and afternoon tea. The breakfast has all kinds of food but busy. We had a great time for family trip.
